I placed the order on my app after work in the parking lot in my car, drove across town (which only takes about 10 mins) and my order was already done and waiting. Best experience ever.

I placed an online order to pick up and take home an fast and easy dinner for my children. Now I live 25 minutes out of town and when I arrived home I opened the pizza's I noticed they were burnt! No way my kids are going to eat this and I am not driving another 25 mins to town to get it fixed. So I called and asked if they could refund my order as they are not edible I was told by the lady on the phone that because I order pan pizza that they are supposed to be like that. Now I have ordered this exact order multiple times and never had an issue. She then placed me on hold and another lady picked up and asked what was wrong. After explaining the situation she asked me to text pictures. So I did she said once she got them she would call me back. I waited 40 mins and nothing to I called back to confirm she received them. She then explained they got busy. Ok no problem. Now where my refund. She said she would refund the pizza's and I would have to pay for the cheese bread. Uhh ok whatever. She then explained I needed to provide my card number over the phone. Which I refused I said I will pay it when I come into town. She then said ok right now! Ummm you have to be kidding me lady!! I refuse to waste my time and gas to pay you!
