This is a lovely place with good ambience.My food was great and my friend's steak was cooked perfect. Their food is affordable for what they offer.Their service crew was helpful and quick. My overall experience was great and ofcourse would recommend this establishment. I will surely visit again. Thank you.

We stopped by for a "snack" and not for a big dinner. We decided on the Soup of the Day (curry & tomatoes) and the Grilled Mushroom Salad with crispy artichokes and not to forgot a nice glass of Chardonnay. Both dishes were very delicious.

One of my friends and I decided we both wanted a steak dinner. We read the reviews for this restaurant and we were a little skeptical. We decided to try it. We were not disappointed at all. Steaks were both cooked to medium rare perfection. We both don’t know why some of the reviews were less than positive but sometimes you just need to support local business and in this case we highly recommend.

We visited Earl and Angelo in Belleville to celebrate our anniversary. We had made reservation which saved us some time but had to wait as their are only two waitresses working very hard to include; meeting guest, serving drinks and food, preparing drinks,cleaning tables and answering patron's questions. They both deserve a job well done (approximately 50 patrons in restaurant). We ordered entrees consisting of escargot and oysters, salad for two baby kale in caesar dressing and main steaks, rib eyes. Oysters and baby kale was superb. Escargots were in a creamy sauce and the escargot meat was mushy leaving an aftertaste. The steaks were cook to our liking alas plate and meat were barely warm. I also ordered horseradish in butter to accompany the steak. The latter would have been fantastic on the steak had the meat been served hot. The bake potato came with only a very small amount of sour cream and no butter, green onions or cheese for that matter. Plate presentation is questionable. The prices for the whole ordeal was beyond comprehension based on the overall experience .

It used to be very good, in fact one of our favourite date spots. Not anymore. The service and quality went south and the prices increased. There are much better ways and places to spend your evening and money. Sad but true.

Had dinner there on 19 October 2019. We had no reservations but we’re seated right away. The chef and sous chef were on their game. I like the fact that you can see the meal being prepared… No microwaves in sight. The selection of local craft beers was impressive. We enjoyed our bacon wrapped fillet they were done perfectly. Topped off with an excellent Cappuccino.
First visit to Earl and Angelo’s in downtown Belleville. John Cairns (Owner) greeted us at the door and the service throughout the evening was very attentive. Chefs are on their game as the meal was excellent. Scallops and bacon appetizer was outstanding. All meals were presented well. Fantastic way to celebrate...glad we visited. Belleville is fortunate to have a fine dining establishment like this. John and Brenda were great hosts.

I've been here quite a few times. The food is always very good, except the steaks are ok...i would say average, sometimes great, sometimes just alright. For the prices of steak dinners I would expect more consistency from one visit to the next. I generally do not order steak dinners there anymore whenever I go.

I've pretty much been to every place in the world that is well known for steak and the Texas rib-eye that I had tonight was absolutely astounding! The best Texas rib-eye is not found in Texas, it's right here in this restaurant. An excellent meal, cooked by a very skilled Chef, with excellent service and a great atmosphere!
