We have been loyal customers since eggsquis opened. Very disappointed with lack of staff, only 2 from 7 until 9. Multiple people walked away due to long wait times to be seated. Not the two staff members fault as they tried to keep up with the volume. Food was cold due to over worked staff. Your once stelar reputation has now been tarnished. Unless rectified, you will see a rapid decline in customers.
That place was the best in town. But year go by and you started to change your product. First you changed your creton. New kind is just disappointing. And the bacon strips shrank to my daughter disappointment. Now you just change the breakfast potatoes. I just can’t. My heart is broken. I just can’t. Your waitress are amazing, the food was also. Bring back the potatoes that is what was making eggsquis different than other breakfast places.
