Dinerish strip mall franchise spot. The standard Potatoes are not good, over seasoned and salty, but you can’t swap for beans without extra charge. You should offer other sides without an up-charge. And, not just tomatoes! Hey, id take tomatoes over fruit (relax, I know the definition of fruit)
As for service which directly affects atmosphere, poor to very poor. Kitchen staff stars to you, and bussing staff are pleasant, you at least try and have a great send off. Now, a few apples spoil the bunch of servers, the older crew are very pleasant and absolutely know the nuance and what they are doing. The younger serving crew (those in what appears to be in their early forties and younger), will get a lower tip if anything. Please work on your customer service skills, or try to find something where you don’t need to be in front of customers.
I don’t like the American chains, and I don’t like Coco Frutti, but little is holding me back from going to non-American fast food chains for a much cheaper breakfast where the staff is more pleasant, and atmosphere is really a far th. It is breakfast after all, perhaps I’ll just cook it at home otherwise. And these are the questions you left me with after today.
Please stop from going further downhill!

When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Within a minute we were seated, and Shelley welcomed us so kindly. She gave us a moment to look over the drink menu, which we appreciated since it was our first time there.
The chai latte is delicious, by the way!
When we ordered our meals, they came out in great time and looked SO good. It’s such a quiet, cute little place. I give it a 10/10 for breakfast/lunch!
Also, shoutout to Shelley and the other employees for the amazing customer service! They really made my birthday a great day:)

Ok breakfast but I was disappointed in the casserole (meat) and stale fruits. Good fresh orange juice and good customer service but the taste of the food just was not there.

we found this restaurant years ago and went there 3 years in a row about 8 years ago. Forward to 2025. 3 eggs cooked to perfection arrived cold, Potatoes were tasty but again on the hilly side. THE BACON. What can I say about 3 pieces of bacon that were overcooked and paper thin. Had a little container of beans { the only thing that was warm, and had a little tiny container of creton. that went well with toast. For 18 dollars and change I would have expected far better than what we got. Sorry, this will be a pass for us next time through Bellville.

Outstanding service, the food was delicious and environment was pleasant.
I have never felt the need to write a review before, but after my disappointing experience yesterday I felt I should. I went out with two of my children for breakfast, I ordered the Royal crepe, which I have had before, my son ordered the same thing, both of us were so disappointed. There was barely any fruit in it and his coffee tasted burnt. I don't know if they have had a change of ownership or if the changed the kitchen staff, but after spending $80 on breakfast for three people we definitely will not be going back, it's not worth it.

They serve a lot of people. Food presentation is good. We ordered cappuccino, espresso and regular coffee. None of these were made from fresh beans. I hope this comment will help the management to understand the following. Coffee is the most important part of breakfast for majority of people. Fresh coffee is roasted within 1-2 months and ground onsite. The coffees we had was roasted many months ago. Consider ordering coffees from local roasters.
