Ordered a Donair through Skip. Delivery was on time but food was disgusting when it arrived. It was cold and sloppy with chunks ( not shavings) of mystery meat on a very soggy pita. Will never order from there again! Nor should you!

I ordered the chicken souvlaki pita and when I asked for feta they told me it was an extra cost of $2. I really feel like feta should be included on a souvlaki pita. (If you want EXTRA..then sure). But to not have the cost of feta included is disappointing considering I'm already paying 15$ for the pita. And also... it's literally in the name of the restaurant. I won't return.

Delicious falafel wrap and pasta salad! Hubby had the donair wrap and enjoyed it immensely! Friendly staff and well, the atmosphere is a busy food court so not much can be done about that!
Vegetarian options: Loved the falafel.
Kid-friendliness: Very patient with my indecisive daughter who ended up getting two bite brownies.
Went for a salad, once I saw the lettuce was going bad, brown and black Romaine I requested a refund. The employee inquired why, I said because the lettuce is rotten, he informed me that it is normal, brown lettuce. I said no and I want a refund. I was issued a zero dollar refund, owner argued with me telling me I was refunded, I was not. I showed him the receipt saying it says total purchase 0.00 not refund as seen in picture. I checked my account right in front of the owner told him the refund isn't here, he told me it would take a bit, no it really doesn't. Came home made a call to my master card, he charged me zero dollars not issued a 13.99 refund for the salad I didn't get. Sad and shaddy

I ordered a large salad with extra cheese, when the employee started prepping the salad I cancelled and requested a refund, due to poor quality lettuce, (brown and black romaine )the employee tried to tell me it was natural browning (no such thing)

beware and watch your receipts. checked my account infront of him, showed him I was not refunded he tried to tell me it will take time. I'm out $13.99 ) and a salad. called the credit card company when I got home, the owner re charged me zero dollars and no refund just I thought. Maybe he really doesn't know how to do a credit refund🤦♀️.

5/5 stars, would recommend. Today there was an adorable gentleman singing Wheatus like his life depended on it. I appreciated the food AND the entertainment. Thank you for an enjoyable experience at such a crazy time of year.

Absolutely worst Greek food I’ve ever had in my life. Not only do they up charge you for choosing a Greek salad over a normal salad… the food was absolutely disgusting. The sauce had zero flavour in the wraps, the potatoes were plain, and the ONE piece of dried up chicken for the chicken souvlaki dinner was pathetic, please close this place down.

 I had the souvlaki wrap tonight at the Quinte mall and it was an absolutely horrible experience, Nick need some lessons on customer service, absolutely rude and his food prep skills were disgraceful as well!!! I will not be back!!!!

If I could give less stars I would after this disappointing lunch... and this wasn't the first time had to repeat myself about 5 times then when I asked for little more sauce because he put maybe a spoon worth he got rude said that'll be extra. And as I was walking away with my lunch he then turned and looked at his co worker as they laughed. Never again will I return I'd rather go to Dennys or any where else !!!

I wanted a souflaki dinner with 2 sides. I wanted a greek salad as a side which was listed as a side dish. The bill would have been $1 more because it was GREEK salad even though it was listed as a side and no mention that it would cost extra. I recommend a person check to see that what the menu says it costs is what a person is charged and not more.
