Whoever designed their menu need to get a brain . Make sure you check the whole menu even if you’re getting one thing because there are hidden fees and things that may come on your sub without being listed by the item . Had to go back up twice to get them to fix my order and could hear the employees talking about me . Did not make me feel welcome . Not a good place

Really dissapointing visit today. Communication was extremely difficult with the cashier I had to ask her to repeat herself numerous times. Also, no prompt on her end to ask for my account to scan which resulted in a frustrating back and forth of having to refund me an re-input my order. Then her and her colleague decided to speak in their language which I couldn't understand, which honestly felt like it was about me by the looks on their faces, eye glances and smirks.

In addition every single table was filthy. This location is not what it once used to be. I will not be returning. - This completely echos another review that someone made I can see about 2 months ago. This obviously was never addressed... can't say im surprised.

First and foremost, your subs are hands-down the best on the planet! Secondly, the convenience of ordering ahead and having it ready on the go is a game-changer for busy schedules. And finally, I was welcomed with a big smile and great energy when I arrived. Love it!

Arrived around 5:00pm. Was not busy (only one other table was being used) and yet every single table was filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Employees had a hard time communicating and understanding our pretty basic order. They didn’t repeat what we ordered, so we had to ask because we wanted to make sure we were getting what we were paying for.

On a positive note, food tasted great.

I don't know what happened to the place as it was a good place for subs it does not have a half pound of meat in it the taste of the sub is off as I can't eat the full sub nasty as I have brought so many people now they are not likely going back there Oshawa firehouse should come out to see what they are doing and giving a bad name to the shop very sad

Two subs, chips & drinks $44 plus. Bit too expensive. But the subs were very good. Probably could have had the half sub. They are big.
