Tried the new spicy cajun chicken. Disappointed it did not come as advertised. Chicken was plain not cajun seasoned. Also it was not sliced but chunks. Flavor was adequate with the spicy mayo on it. Will stick with my regular hero.

Three times in a row our extra pickle spear is missing. Yet the bag for online orders says double checked. Once they forgot the chips I had to go back. Terrible service when it comes to Online orders. Definitely double check your orders.

Extremely overpriced for what you get went for lunch with my son two subs chips and two bottles of water $43 definitely not worth the money. They steam the meat and then squeeze it out water losing most of the flavour not impressed would not recommend.

Tried firehouse subs for the first time tonight. We all got the meatball pizza sub. I placed my order on line and then went to pick it up. First when I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter opened my sealed bag and started pulling all four subs out of the bag. I asked what was wrong and she told me nothing she just forgot the pepperoni. That’s not nothing and it was all four subs that apparently she forgot the pepperoni on not just one sub. Then I had to wait while she steamed or cooked the pepperoni and to top it off I got home and half the pepperoni was missing from one of the subs. I paid $51 and change to have my order messed up, very disappointing customer service. Food was great minus the mistakes and the terrible customer service really killed the atmosphere

Have been in twice at dinner time. Both visits, restaurant not very busy but every table was filthy. The second time, sub was tasty but cold, cheese not even melted. Filling was in rows, meat in a strip, vegetables in a strip and cheese in a strip. Nothing was atop each other like a sandwich. Better training for staff and better supervision from management required!!!

I heard the subs are really good so thought I would give it a try. Won't be back. When you go into the store there is no where to place an order. Everything is online. The sandwich makers were so unfriendly by not even lifting there heads to acknowledge anyone's arrival. I as well as four other customers walked out after waiting 8 minutes. A simple hello would have been customer service.

regarding to the free sub for names , my name is mason and i called the store before entering it mind you im 14 years old during the call i mentioned that i do not have an id and that i have a health card and i asked if that was fine and they said yes that is okay i went into the store after my dad drove me and asked they said that im not able to because my health card didn’t have a picture. they never mentioned anything about having the picture on my health card when i called the store i very disappointed in there employees, service and the disappointment i had because i didn’t a dinner. and if they read the health card i cannot get a picture on it until the age of 16-18 this is there fault i have 100% reason to get a free sub now i will go to bed hungry.

Sandwiches are pretty good BUT..... waiting 45 minutes in store AFTER I waited in line for only 2 sandwiches for a good almost 20 minutes... so spending over an hour in total... isn't worth 2 subs for any reason... im still waiting as I'm writing this. Still got 6 orders ahead of me and I'm thinking they bake the bread for each order as it's ordered, because in all this time I've only seen 3 people in a full up store even get their order. A skip the dishes guy even ran out of here frustrated. Won't be coming back. I'll go to subway from now on. This was inexcusable. It's sandwiches. NOT rocket science.
