Sign on the register said all teas are out of stock. I asked for a mango slush then I was told there's no mangos. Then I asked what's available. The employee told me green apple and honeydew. How is this even possible to only have 2 items on the entire menu? What I asked for something else that wasn't the 2 she said? Am I supposed to just keep going until I hit the items they had?
For a full 4 weeks their machines were broken and couldnt make buble tea...service was brutle
Every time I visit, the female employee says most of the menu items are out of stock or missing ingredients. This has happened more than 5 times now. It honestly feels like they just don’t want to make the drinks. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
The Waiter was rude, clearly waited for the tip % before beginning the order and used dirty dishes to make the smoothie....I was disgusted and threw the smoothie out shortly after. I would not recommend!
Every time I go they are always out of stock. I feel that the female employee is lying about it so that she doesn’t need to make anything. Coincidentally I see another review here highly reminiscent of my experience.
Just gave a large ice instead of water , very bad customer service, only have 2 things in the menu
Unsure whether female employee is lying about how they never have nothing but 2 or 3 things in stock or not but have been on multiple occasions and have never had more than a few undesirable things as options. Called a moment ago to ask whether they even had anything in stock and they hung up before answering any question. Never have I ever been to a food location and not been able to order ANYTHING do not give this terrible location your business go to booster juice ;)
V. rude. Standing there for like 10 minutes she was talking on call saw me still didn’t reply and went to kitchen and still talking on call. Didn’t even take my order. Bad customer service ever.

Not recommended. Their juices taste like water. Its not worth it. One of my worst sugarcane juice i had in my life it is just waste Of money dont go over there
Worst juice of my life. They are not even freshly squeezing the fruit they have everything ready made. Should change their name first. Better to take lemonade from Starbucks.

I went there on Saturday and ordered chocolate banana smoothie. It was so good and the place was very clean and the girl working there treated me very well with a beautiful smile.
