V. rude. Standing there for like 10 minutes she was talking on call saw me still didn’t reply and went to kitchen and still talking on call. Didn’t even take my order. Bad customer service ever.

Worst experience every time I order something they accept first and then cancel the order for no reason

Worst juice of my life. They are not even freshly squeezing the fruit they have everything ready made. Should change their name first. Better to take lemonade from Starbucks.

I went there on Saturday and ordered chocolate banana smoothie. It was so good and the place was very clean and the girl working there treated me very well with a beautiful smile.

I would say these guys are fraud. The name of the store is FRESHLY SQUEEZED but the product they are giving is syrup. The only thing they have as a good product is cane juice. I have orders strawberry mango juice from fresh juice but I got a juice with syrup added in it. Either they should give fresh products or then take it out from the Manu. Not recommended at all

Went to grab a drink for myself, the girl at the front (no name tag) told me to that she can’t take my order as she is really busy doing other stuffs alone, after sometime i went again, she did not even asked me what i want, she was too rude and banging things here and there. Like Dude if you do not want to work then close the store, the owner has to pay attention to this.. awful

Smoothies taste good, albeit pricey at over $8 for a medium strawberry banana and almost $10 for one slice of cheesecake (which was delicious) so, somewhat worth it for the convenience.

**The customer service is the reason I am hesitant to go back. The two times recently that I have went into this location the person behind the counter who cashed me out and made my smoothie never smiled or said anything (like hello, what can I get for you, have a nice day; zero pleasantries) only how much my total was. This was on Saturday, Sept 14 and Saturday, Sept 7th, 2024.

Very clean location though.

I just brought the fresh mango juice from this shop, OMG it tasted really bad, like bitter taste. When I told the staff about the taste she was arguing with me. And she was teaching me how the mango juice taste like. Waste of money.

Always out of stock for tapioca and most of the flavours I asked for. Was told the company only sends inventory once a month and it lasts 15 days and rest of the month they manage with what ever is left.
