Harvey’s ( and especially this location) has always been the place to go to get exactly what you want, how you want it. It’s not just their motto. It’s who they are. Great food and very friendly staff. Never disappointed… always satisfied

The front of the store was not very clean. Tables were disorganized and dirty. Customer Service was not the greatest. I did order a veggie burger double cooked. They should have informed me when I ordered it. It would take eight minutes and then here I am waiting and they told me now it’s gonna take another eight minutes. Presentation of the food was not the greatest front staff did not look pleased to be working at all today.

Burger was great as always. But Apple pies were the worst thing ever. Me and my wife very disappointed. Both pies were old, dry, hard and cold. Basically cardboard. What a waste of $5.00. Store should have tossed them instead of serving to customers. We took one bite and tossed the rest. Paid good money to toss in the bin. In this day and age with prices of food so high, what a shame. Don’t ever get the Apple pie. Save your money.

I just made a order for 2 burgers asked for no hot peppers and stuff and only sauce i got on my burger was stupid hot couldnt even eat the food only sauce they put on was hot sauce on a burger!!! And when i had called to complain they hung up on me i hope you guys close down very unsatisfied with your horrible service and food

Had we not been so hungry we probably would’ve just turned around. From the moment we walked in we could tell the place was dirty. There was a huge cobweb just above the drive thru window on the inside, not outside. There were cobwebs throughout the rest of the restaurant. The insides of the windows were covered in fingerprints. Garbage was on the floor under the tables. The mat at the front door was filthy. This location seems older and it needs a deep cleaning. What has happened to Harvey’s char broiled burgers? They did not taste char broiled and the serving sizes of the fries and rings were very small for the overall price. Our server, however, was lovely and very professional. As an update to this review, Harvey’s did contact me. They asked for details about my visit and were very apologetic about my experience which I appreciated. I’m very proud of my City of Belleville and this restaurant, being on the main strip would probably be frequented by travellers right off the 401. It would be a shame if this was their first impression of our city. Hopefully Harvey’s will find a way to remedy this situation.

Indoor service extremely slow due to so many delivery services picking up orders. Waited half hour for a couple hamburgers despite only 2 people in front of us in line.

Decided to go get dinner with my grandmother after I was done work so we went to Harvey’s on North Front Street in Belleville Ontario. when we got there we ordered a poutine and a burger meal through the drive-thru. There was only two cars infront of us and yet we had to wait 30 minutes just to get to the window and receive our food, not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for 2 people, I think the cashier lying and saying there was “some big orders” didn’t help our frustration. We watched as there was only 2 people in the store and the 2 people ahead of us in the drive thru. And to add to all of that once we had received our food and it was cold as it had been sitting there for about 30 minutes.

I had an issue with my order through the app. I had to go to the restaurant in order to correct it. Well...KARLEE IS AMAZING!!! She fixed everything! I got there a bit frazzled, and in no time She had EVERYTHING sorted out, and also had me smiling. Got everything I ordered and it was so fast too! KARLEE ROCKS!!! HARVEY'S ROCKS!!! Thank you, Karlee! :D
