I had a great dine-in experience at Harvey’s! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it an enjoyable meal overall.

Been many times, and the last time with my wife they could not hear my order an older stout women and all the times before had no problem. It was not busy. All other people served and we had to wait 15 minutes for two hot dogs and cold onion rings. Everyone at counter disappeared out of site. Think they were taking their break. Gone down hill

WARNING! They cross-contaminate here! The man cooking the burgers did not wear gloves, held raw meat, then held the burger buns, REPEATEDLY, this is unacceptable. Everything he touched, raw meat all over. Other employees also did not wear gloves and handled the burgers. Grossed me out… poutine was fantastic!

Although I am an avid Harvey’s fan since childhood, with the classic poutine always bringing warmth to my heart, I witnessed an unappealing sight. I was there Monday at 12:00, the man working the grill shift was handling raw burger patties with his bare hands, did not have gloves on before or after handling the patties and proceeded to handle other kitchen equipment while not washing his hands or putting on gloves. He then proceeded to assemble the burgers with the buns, cheese, and patty itself all while having raw burger meat on his hands. This is a serious health code violation which can cause more than people eating burgers to get sick, because cross contamination has no boundaries. It can spread everywhere. Hopefully the manager or branch owner sees this

Everyone works there were all so kind and burgers were made extremely well! We enjoyed this Hervey's restaurant very much!!
Went on the weekend girl at the window was very nice but the food not so much. Ordered for 3 people all burgers and every single one had the opposite from what we asked to be put on the burgers. Out damn near $40 bucks cause someone wasn’t trained how to read something that’s a foot away from there eyes

My order was wrong. I didn’t get my frings or my drink. I had a burger that also had mayo on it when I didn’t ask for it. The one order that did come with frings was stone cold. Very hungry and totally disappointed.
