It seems like if you’re a regular you’re treated nicely but we weren’t welcomed warmly. Frozen French fries for a pretty high priced plate is disappointing. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Really nice homely diner. The pancakes were phenomenal- the best we’ve ever had. No idea how you guys make it that good! Also our first taste of actual maple syrup, we can only get the sweet stuff in the UK.
Only downside was the hollandaise sauce but we came to find that this was the case in several places across Ontario so I’m guessing it’s just an England vs Canadian difference in recipe, no biggy.
Overall, really good and friendly place. It was a pleasant start to our holiday.

My party of 6 went here today as we've done in the past and enjoyed it. After today I'm honestly not sure when, or if, we'll be back.
The service was incredibly slow. The server had to be flagged down for coffee refills. It took 45 minutes for our meals to arrive . When they did, the home fries were undercooked and the eggs were overcooked.
I would have told the server our meals were inadequate but they never came to check.
I can put put up with slow service.
I can tolerate a horribly cooked meal.
I cannot tolerate slow service and a horribly cooked meal together.

This is such a “down home” type of restaurant. It clearly embraces its Belleville roots with the historical photos all around the place (and on the placemats). The food has a homemade feel to it and that goes right along with the atmosphere and the wait staff.
We enjoy Heather's for breakfast. We visit frequently and are never disappointed. Service is fast and frand food is always hot and delicious.

We used to love Heathers. Great food. Friendly staff. The last two times we have been there the waitress served our breakfast and never came back till it was time for the bill. She could have asked us if we wanted a refill of coffee seeing as it was long gone waiting for our breakfast.

This is a true dinner breakfast. Food was good fairly fast and reasonably priced. I'd recommend and I'd go back. Set your expectations to an old school kitchy dinner with good eggs and you'll have a great time.
