Food was made fresh right when I placed the order, not sure why the reviews are so bad the new location is amazing. Quiet dining room which is nice and it’s a new building. Honest review I’m sitting in the lobby as I’m writing this

Stupid, told 8 minute wait for fresh chicken for a sandwich. Asked if they could just put 2 chicken fingers told yes. And asked to move out from. Proceeded to wait 17 minutes before I go inside to which I finally got my food. Terrible service.

Ordered through uber eats and got the food way too quickly which was the first sign that the food was not fresh. Got the food and it wasn’t fresh at all everything was cold and hard. Second time ordering here and both time was a bad experience. Never again! Don’t even know why this place is still open

Didn’t even get to order, heard multiple people in the back and when I moved over to see if I saw anyone there was a worker just on her phone casually chatting and checking messages, phone was on speaker and all, then on top of that when I politely explained to my 9year old sister that we actually now have to go somewhere else, that same employee that was on the phone flipped me off…. Can say wasn’t gonna come here but thought it’d b easier then driving across town, apparently I was wrong

I brought a bucket meal today and it tasted like the chicken was cooked in the oil which has not changed over the years . Total waste of money . Garbaged it .

Ordered lg macaroni salad..opened at home it was not full the salad was down 1 1/2 “ from top of container..called restaurant..they hung up on me and next 6 phone calls they did not answer
