I ordered a poutine Got cold fries and gravy. Cheese tasted straight out from refrigerator. Paid 9 dollars for it. Also waited in no line for 5 mins when the store was dead. 1/6/2025 Sunday around 8:30 pm

Pick up. Chicken was beyond greasy. Most of the coating was stuck to the bucket. Enough grease at the bottom of the bucket to deep fry a bag of fries. Coleslaw was half full. Get some standards!!

Didn’t get the chance to try their food because the service was so bad. We were about to give our order like literally about to speak when the person manning the cashier just left, it was so clear she ignored us on purpose and proceeded to talk with her workmates and it was so obvious they were talking about us in their own language because of the glancing. It was so disrespectful and disappointing. Never going here again.

My family and I went to KFC, but the employees were extremely rude and were openly talking badly about us in their language as they look at us weirdly , so we felt overwhelmed and left without ordering.

It's always different levels of dirty and it's slow but I love fried chicken and Taco Bell. It's probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in though. I've never had food poisoning from the place though so I keep going 😂

If anyone has plans to visit KFC, I recommend trying a different location. This is the second time this month we’ve received overcooked, overly salty chicken served poorly. It’s disappointing to experience this again.
