Awful waiting time. Ordered online. drove 15 minutes (rightfully should have been ready) but waiting for another 45 minutes for them to even acknowledge we arrived. other people kept walking out because their orders were not being taken. they kept trying to fulfill the most recent orders instead of the ones before it. I also see a high turn around rate for staff. never seeing the same person. Don't go here if you're looking to be in and out. you won't be. they also are always lacking stock for sides. never have rice. or popcorn chicken. or tenders. and sometimes fries.

Staff not very friendly. Felt like customers were an inconvenience. extremely slow to give order. Floors were sticky. Tables not well cleaned. Bathroom was absolutely gross and stunk. Do not recommend this location. Seems to get worse every time I come. Won't be back.

I thought I would give this KFC another chance but I was wrong .I showed up a lunch hour and was told no chicken it was going to be 16 min as there was only a few pieces left. Why wouldn't they put chicken on when they noticed they are getting lowe.
