Yesterday I have ordered one Big Crunch combo and while I was eating it’s smell like burned. When I checked the burger bun was burned totally from inside. If it’s burned please provide another don’t give the same which is burned I hope you understand thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars but I can't. The service was terrible, an employee with an earbud in while taking orders and on his phone. That is terrible customer service right there. The food wasn't too bad but took forever to come out and I was the first person in line.

This is probably the second time I have attempted to eat here with no luck. Tried to buy some chicken at 2pm in the afternoon on a Sunday was told they dont have chicken.....and the minimum they can cook is 40 pieces and they were going to close in 3 hours...i mean KFC without chicken thats funny. They are telling me they sold 40 pieces of chicken from the time they opened the store at 11am until 2pm as thqt was the minimum anf they cant cook more......
