Very poor value for $15. I had a small strawberry milkshake and the chicken Nacho POUTINE. The only thing Nacho about it was the 4 or 5 tiny strips of Tortilla chips. Topped with imitation cheese type highly processed sauce, French fries and a typical restaurant style, highly processed beef sort of flavored gravy. Nothing Mexican about it. Very poor value for the money. For a little over $10, I could have gone Tim Hortons and gotten their cilantro chicken bowl, which is much healthier and has a lot more flavor with rice, romaine lettuce and other vegetables and grilled chicken. The décor has too much black and Grey for my taste; very typical of the proliferation of the overuse of black and grey, the last few years in both commercial and residential buildings.This is unoriginal, depressing, and unimaginative especially in Ontario where we are surrounded by grey for6 months of the year. Seriously?????!!!!

New location being right at the highway mostly the drive-through is busy , inside almost always lots of seating and they stay on top cleaning up.

This is the cleanest and nicest McDonald's I've ever been in. Kira was so friendly and helpful and pleasant, you wouldn't have even known it wasn't 8am yet on a holiday Monday. I didn't even know a McDonald's could be so nice. My burritos were really good.

I visited this location today expecting a pleasant weekend breakfast experience, but it was completely ruined by the manager, Nisha Singh. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and provided very poor customer service. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it negatively affected my entire morning. A manager should set a positive example, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. She clearly needs proper customer service training, as no customer should be treated this way—especially during a simple weekend visit meant to start the day on a good note.

not sure why i keep coming back to this location but every time i order a sausage and egg McMuffin combo they always seem to forget the egg. if your looking to start your day off on the wrong foot this is how to do it, the prices are getting outrageous and sizes are becoming less and less. A&W it is for now on!

Was very disappointed with our order tonight. Me and my wife each ordered a burger. My wife asked that hers had no cheese on it as she’s allergic. I asked for no pickles on mine because I just don’t like pickles. We get our food and leave. We open our bags and start eating then get to the burgers to find that my wife’s had cheese and mine had pickles even tho it says on the box that the items were removed as ordered. This is not ok. Especially for my wife. We said no cheese due to an ALLERGY. What could’ve happened if she hadn’t noticed? We managed to remove the items from the burgers. And were able to eat them. Still somewhat enjoyable atleast. Do better!
Fries were ice cold, I got maybe three ice cubes in my drink, and lastly when someone orders extra pickles it’s means they want extra pickles not the same amount you’d normally put on the burger. However that’s what I get for not wanting to cook tonight 🤦♀️

This morning I went to the drive-through to order my breakfast. right as I got to the window to get my money out, I realized I had forgot my wallet. Life has been quite stressful lately and as a young working mom who’s going through a lot something small like this was honestly ready to send me over the edge. When I got to the window the Lovely cashier Naveh (I hope spelling is correct) Treated me with incredible kindness. I told her I forgot my wallet and she had offered to pay for my $12 breakfast. I insisted to ask for her email and she continued to say that she wanted to do this and to let her do this for me. What she doesn’t know is I am a young mom who is going through a lot right now, and that small little act of kindness was enough to make me Feel an incredible joy and gratitude, and even tear up. Thank you so much for what you did this morning. I hope in the future, I can run into you and hopefully repay the favour. This is everyone’s reminder that you don’t know what someone is going through and that a little act of kindness can really go a far away.
