Last night my twin boys had their 6th birthday party at the McDonald's play place. It was such an amazing wholesome birthday. I really couldn't have wished for a better party. The staff was so amazing from the moment I booked it with Danny, to when I dropped off the cake and balloons in the morning to Jeffrey, and to the actual birthday where Isla and Hattie were just phenomenal. Thank you all so much for the amazing service and amazing food. It was absolutely a hit with everyone there and I highly recommend a play place birthday party. My son's will always remember their 6th birthday party thanks to all of you! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

This morning I was going to get my breakfast and then I went to my workplace I thought I would enjoy a meal, then I pulled back my pancake and found a bite taken out of my pancake... It looked like someone was trying to hide the evidence because it was on the bottom… It can’t get any worse than that right?.. WRONG! I called McDonald’s and wanted to get an answer on this mishap and I get greeted by some lady and I tell her that someone took a bite out of my pancake than she hangs up on me… after sighing. Such bad service and very ignorant..

Not the best or quickest service from a McDonald's. As usual they got my order wrong, and they parked me to wait for it... I know it's a minimum wage job but there should be some pride involved. They do have great coffee though.

This is my fav McDonald's! We mainly go through the drive-thru, and are almost always pleased with the wonderful people who work the windows! They make the start of my day a little brighter with their warm kindness! Thank you!

Teach some manners to your staff a Teach some manners to your staff and train them on how to respect other people’s time. They don’t even know how to greet properly, such as asking “How can I help you?” or “Have you been looked after?”
Also, make them read the delivery company’s policy with McDonald’s. As per the policy, they are required to ask drivers for the order number or the customer’s name to confirm that the correct person is picking up the order. Instead, they keep asking drivers to show the screen on their device. Let me remind you that it is a personal device, and they cannot ask us to show the screen.

We sat in the playroom area. The food was hot, fresh and arrived at our table quickly. Cindy was working in the Lobby and made our experience exceptional. Thank you for an enjoyable visit to our local McDonald's.
Terrible slow unprofessional service....and made a SLOP of my burger; obviously no care at all.

last time i checked mcdonald’s fries aren’t so suppose to be crunchy/ hard… they deffinatly double fried them and basically burnt them because i asked for fresh, get home and all the food is ice cold !

went in on wednesday night through the drive through for some mcnuggets and maddie was so helpful! she was very sweet and kind and let me chat for a few minutes as there was nobody behind me. would recommend this location- especially maddie!!!!!!!!

Just don’t expect it to be “fast” food. Ordered a single cheeseburger sandwich and took 20 minutes. So just expect your order to be VERY slow.
