I'm here right now. It's 2h55pm, no car in the DT, 2 people inside.
There is a ton of ants on the floor near the soda machines. No paper in all the printers of the self serve, garbage absolutely everywhere, floor is sticky, the screens for the orders dont work.
On top of this, there is approx 10 employees, yet ive been waiting for over 15m. And it's like that every single time. They're clearly not cleaning and they don't make the food either, so wtf are they doing?
Idk who the team leaders and the manager are, but they are absolutely useless....

The best customer service we have ever received in any restaurant. Was blown away. Was a small mistake with my food. Was refunded happily and given some free ice cream. Extremely kind manager. Wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience. Wish I got his name to put on this. He was a very kind man.

Had a McChicken sandwich for the first time in years, the breaded chicken has gotten so small, I had actually thought they forgot to put the chicken on the bun. When I lifted the bun up, there it was about 1/2 the size of the bun and hidden under a mound of lettuce. What a rip off for the price you pay.

Auto machines were acting up causing one lady waiting 10min for an iced coffee. Less automation and focus on drive thru. I Cannot drive due to seizures so the wait time is absurd.
Parking: Difficult for seniors
