Food is usually cold if you're going through the drive thru. Service is very slow. Since they changed the restaurant I don't like the atmosphere

Taker couldn't take, finally got order it was made wrong .. 3rd night in a row.. you may be leading drive thru during the day but at night someone needs to take control .. of I hadn't just got off a 16hr shift , I wouldn't wanted a full refund .

Twice...they jipped me if the chocolate milk in the happmeal...even coming back...girl handed me a chocomate nilk saying sirry...thought fir sure the secknd order they eiukd have been SYRE TO OUT THE CHOCOLATE MILK...NOPE...

Went through the drive-through to get breakfast before work. It took an abnormally long amount of time and is a little bit frustrating when you see four people standing around talking to each other while you’re waiting. After confirming my order for a third time, they still managed to only get one out of three things, right. I ordered a BLT bagel and all I got was a bagel. I also ordered two breakfast burritos One of them tasted old and was just egg and tortilla no cheese or anything. They also didn’t give me any salsa so I couldn’t even mask the taste. The one burrito was good though, so I guess one out of three ain’t bad.

Don't go here unless your not from Canada and dont speak English, all of their staff dont understand anyone.theres also a good chance they will mess your order up and manger won't even take the time to make it right.this is a horrible run McDonalds, they're all sloppy and she told me I need to make sure my order is right, like what? Isn't that your job to get it right,seriously.and they really dont clean much or care for cleanliness,I've gotten hair in my food and manager didn't even look surprised,like that's disgusting,all long hair should be tied back but they dont care. I would rather drive to the other side of town then deal with all the staff there!!

Ordered 2 ice cream cones drive thru , many vehicles left . Employees didn’t deliver thru window not even ask us our order. Another failure of incompetence.

They consistently mess up my order every single time I visit—it's honestly impressive how wrong they can get it. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous, even when the place is nearly empty. Avoid this location.

Used to be pretty good pre-renovation. They more than halved the size of the dining area yet still the drive-thru is no better. I pulled in with one other person in the drive thru, and they made me pull ahead and wait for my order. Behind me i saw they did the same thing to the other person. So clearly being done to inflate their order completion times, this is prioritized over customer service clearly. The same lady who rang me up came out to hand my food, almost immediately after having pulled up into the waiting area, and same for the guy behind me. So why make us wait? Because they can mark the order as complete in their system sooner, which makes their reports to corporate look better.

This reno was not for customers or for service. It was to reduce staffing costs and service in the name of more profit. There used to be some very good hard working people there, now they struggle to make a wrap.

Bonus * a lady in front of me tried to order a coffee with her meal and the guy at the speaker said sorry we can't do coffee right now. Person replies, what's the issue? They had coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot he says. She said why not just make a new pot? Takes too long apparently. So she left instead, can't blame her.

I had to park and wait for a quarter pounder with cheese combo. That's spicy mcchicken, combo and a double mccrispy. And when we got the order, the fries were cold, not lukewarm cold. What's the purpose of parking?If I still get cold food? Our order was 40 dollars and it's frustrating.The food was terrible.
