Ordered 2 ice cream cones drive thru , many vehicles left . Employees didn’t deliver thru window not even ask us our order. Another failure of incompetence.
They consistently mess up my order every single time I visit—it's honestly impressive how wrong they can get it. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous, even when the place is nearly empty. Avoid this location.
Used to be pretty good pre-renovation. They more than halved the size of the dining area yet still the drive-thru is no better. I pulled in with one other person in the drive thru, and they made me pull ahead and wait for my order. Behind me i saw they did the same thing to the other person. So clearly being done to inflate their order completion times, this is prioritized over customer service clearly. The same lady who rang me up came out to hand my food, almost immediately after having pulled up into the waiting area, and same for the guy behind me. So why make us wait? Because they can mark the order as complete in their system sooner, which makes their reports to corporate look better.
This reno was not for customers or for service. It was to reduce staffing costs and service in the name of more profit. There used to be some very good hard working people there, now they struggle to make a wrap.
Bonus * a lady in front of me tried to order a coffee with her meal and the guy at the speaker said sorry we can't do coffee right now. Person replies, what's the issue? They had coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot he says. She said why not just make a new pot? Takes too long apparently. So she left instead, can't blame her.
I had to park and wait for a quarter pounder with cheese combo. That's spicy mcchicken, combo and a double mccrispy. And when we got the order, the fries were cold, not lukewarm cold. What's the purpose of parking?If I still get cold food? Our order was 40 dollars and it's frustrating.The food was terrible.
Handy location, good service.
I had order in the drive through and when I got to the first window they didn't have my order in the system. This is not the first time they have done this.

Great employees working the floor but management is seriously lacking in just about everything. Why is the manager just handing bags to drive through all day? Come in often for coffee and I've seen management blatantly disrespect employees on the floor. Can't expect much from McDonald's management IK but this is beyond awful
Who doesn't love McDonalds
They have literally never gotten every item correct ANY time I’ve ordered from here. Avoid this place for disappointment. It’s either kissing items or completely wrong items (missing fries, missing nuggets from a happy meal, wrong pies when specifically emphasizing to give the correct ones, etc.). I checked my order before leaving the drive-through thinking that everything was correct but when I got home and got into the apple pies, they were not actually apple pie… no surprise. But this time they decided to stick them in the apple pie box so it was misleading. The pies they gave me were ones I specifically said I don’t like.

My children and I had an exceptional experience this evening after having some confusion ordering non menu requests (for lent) off the McDonald’s app. Staff was exceptionally friendly, patient and kind.
