Absolutely love Mr. Puffs in Belleville! The puffs are always fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. The toppings are generous and there are so many flavour combos to choose from – it’s impossible to pick a favourite.
The staff are friendly and fast, even when it’s busy, and the place is always clean and welcoming. If you’re anywhere near Belleville and craving something sweet, this spot is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back again and again! 😋🍩

I don't know the guys name there, but work mostly in the evening with specs, he's really amazing and helpful, gave us detailed explanation on deserts we asked for, additionally he also made our dessert really well.

This is this fourth time coming in waiting forever, I came in and didn’t get served until 12 minutes after being here and still waiting on my food. Not sure why there is only one person always working here so slow and why there isn’t any other employees.
not the only one saying as I came in and the lady next to me said (this guy is working alone and is slow) It’s no hate to the employee either as he is working alone and should have help. If I knew I was going to be sitting here waiting almost 30 min I would’ve definitely picked a different spot.

Puffs are always a hit, however I went in on the 21st of October, ordered a strawberry lemon bubble tea, took one sip (was too bitter) I told the lady that I didn’t like it and would like to exchange for a refresher which was a dollar cheaper and she said “why would you order it” and “there’s nothing we can do at this time”. Like.. I didn’t know I wouldn’t like it. I don’t know she was just very dismissive :/

It's always worth coming here as they have several flavours of puffs. My family enjoys the treat and I am giving the food 5/5. However, they overwork their staff. We always, no fail, and seriously wait super long. We stand there waiting for 20 minutes for the staff to come and take our order(No other customers but us). Then, even after that, we have to wait 30 to 40 minutes until our food is ready. That's too long! It's in the middle of the day and this is when it gets busy people would come in and order their meal. If you want to come here make sure you spare extra 2 hours to enjoy your food. 1 hour for ordering and waiting times until the food is ready, and half an hr to 1 hour of eating.

Not leaving a review for a specific employee but more about the place itself. There were 5 people waiting on orders when we came in at 8:30pm on Monday. They had ONE worker by himself to do all the orders and make more puffs

I had high expectations walking into Mr. Puffs. The sauce was tasty, but the puff was not as impressed dreamed. There a reason plenty of options and I wanted to try them, but after the two that I had, I did not have a desire for more. Sorry Mr. Puff. It was not worth the calories for me. Again, very tasty but no ty worth it for me.
I was feeling down as it is my 56th birthday today. I never eat donuts, but decided to try 5 of their mini sea salt caramel donuts. They were amazing. He gave me 8 because it was my birthday. Highly recommend!!

Had a really good experience here for the first time, mainly because of the girl with glasses who was working. She was super friendly, actually paid attention, and helped me out properly without making me feel rushed or ignored.
Honestly, most of the others don’t seem that interested in helping or even acknowledging customers, but she stood out. It’s nice to see someone who actually knows what good customer service looks like. Appreciate it!
