Great place to stop for lunch

Unfortunately unable to comment on the food as I was yelled at by an incredibly rude manager! Sorry that you are “out of dogs” but that is not a reason to take your stress out on me as a former customer! Seriously, then to bark at me “come back in 15 min”! Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. Looks terrible on the company. More training required! I won’t be back.

Just met with a very professional and pleasant manager after correspondence. A sincere apology and made it all right again. This is how it should be. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you very much. And thanks for restoring my faith in businesses. I’ll leave the original review but have changed the score to accurately represent my latest interaction.

Olivia is an amazing worker had never one made me upset with my experiences at New York fries, one great worker! Would 100% go back!

The workers are always so nice and helpful

i got the Double Bacon Cheese and it was amazing. cheesy, crispy bacon, and loaded. i Spent about $10–$20, and it was 100% worth it. Service was amazing super friendly and professional the wait times were fast got my bacon double cheese in about a minute. Atmosphere was like a 4/5 for me as it was busy but later in the day definitelya 5 star, overall a 5-star experience.

The woman working was so friendly and helpful!

i like the food but the one guy behind the counter needs a toothbrush or summin idk

also during the last 20 or so minutes of the day they play the worst music imaginable as loud as humanly possible

Every time you go to the mall they get mad at you and say they don’t open till 10:30
