The girl name with AKASH at the front clearly needs some customer service training. She looked half asleep and had an attitude like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. I ordered takeout, and the box was open when I received it. When I pointed it out, she just said, “Oh really?”—no apology or sense of responsibility for the mistake. As someone who also works in customer service, I know that’s not how you treat customers. On top of that, I ordered large fries with sauce, but the portion was small, and half the fries didn’t even have sauce. Overall, very disappointing experience staff should show more care and professionalism toward customers.

When I visited, there was an Indian girl working there who showed attitude, as if I didn’t know anything. I also work in customer service, so I know how important it is to treat customers politely. She spoke to me in what I assume was her own native language, not English. If I place my order in English, I expect to be responded to in English.

I asked her about my milk order, which I hadn’t received yet, and her reaction was dismissive — she said something like “oh, I have to grab it” in a frustrated tone. She did not treat me with gratitude or respect. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Unfortunately unable to comment on the food as I was yelled at by an incredibly rude manager! Sorry that you are “out of dogs” but that is not a reason to take your stress out on me as a former customer! Seriously, then to bark at me “come back in 15 min”! Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. Looks terrible on the company. More training required! I won’t be back.

Just met with a very professional and pleasant manager after correspondence. A sincere apology and made it all right again. This is how it should be. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you very much. And thanks for restoring my faith in businesses. I’ll leave the original review but have changed the score to accurately represent my latest interaction.
