Nova Deli is the only real option for an authentic donair in the city.
That's not a shot at the other places in Belleville that sell donairs , those are fine, but these are elite.

Most likely the best donair in Ontario really... Nothing fancy- take out joint with a variety of other food as well. Take a moment, go over the menu to decide what you would like, be patient, let the worker sort out other orders, then put in your order.
Honestly the best donair I've had since being out in Edmonton (Queen donair). I haven't been out east, but Halifax donair in Ontario was ok.

Donairs here are excellent. The XL could easily be a 2 person meal. Only complaint is they are messy. So prepare yourself appropriately!! Do not recommend driving while eating one. Don't let the location fool you, it's definitely worth stopping in

The Donaire was good . pleasantly surprised a wet nap was included !
Honestly cannot believe a place with such horrible customer service is still in business.
Tried to get a donair on my lunch break at work and the one I got was completely inedible. The entire thing was excessively soggy and falling apart and the taste wasn't good either, it didn’t resemble any of the donairs I’ve ever had (my family is from the maritimes). The picture attached is AFTER most of it spilled all over my car and uniform from trying to open it.
I politely explained the situation to the lady at the counter and her response was extremely rude and unprofessional… I was told “this is how Donairs are made” and she argued for a long time and ultimately denied to make me a new one or to refund me, instead her only solution was for me to “ask for less sauce next time”. Extremely disappointing… I’ve never experienced service this bad

This place used to be really good, but the quality has gone down by a lot in the past few years. It was expensive for the amount of meat you get. It's fair to note that eating a donair is messy, but even in Halifax I've never had a donair that was so wet and drippy. I also wish the customer service was a bit better, It was just a weird experience.
EDIT: I went back to retry a bit ago, still bad. lowering my score. also ive been to halifax, donair sauce is not supposed to be wet like water, and i stand by my review.

The customer service was terrible- The last working told me the problem with over the phone is she gets the orders wrong! When she repeated the correct order back to me, served the wrong one & wouldn’t justify the problem. Bring back the previous employees!!!!

The lettuce should be the first red flag to avoid this inauthentic mockery of a “donair place”. But also.. it’s very expensive and you get tiny portions. Sauce is way too runny. Meat just isn’t right. If you can’t make a proper east coast donair don’t even bother, you’re just making us and yourself look bad.
