Shawarma is my to go food and I have tried Osmow's shawarma before so I decided to try it again. But today I regret it. I ordered falafel wrap which was not properly wrapped. The falafel balls were burnt and I could literally taste it. I wanted to go and talk to the person who took my order but it looked like she was not interested taking the order first place.

Disappointed that finding a bone in the Chicken on the Rocks was only listed as a ”low priority” when reported to customer service. Occurred on January 28, and still no response.
Dhruv, Deval, Ayush and Vasu are excellent cooks and staff, loved their service start to end, we were a party of 7 people and they were very patient and friendly in their approach. 10/10

By far, the best Osmows we've been to on our multiple trips between MTL and T.O! The food was fantastic and a good portion. Staff was friendly and prompt. Clean restaurant! Thanks, Osmows crew!
