I came here and ordered a large beef shawarma wrap. To my surprise, this was the best shawarma wrap I've ever had. I've been to 15+ shawarma places in my whole life in the Greater Toronto Area, and many have been very good. However, it turns out the best shawarma I've ever had is actually in Belleville.The meat is juicy and savory, but may be salty for some people who don't like a lot of salt. The flavor and texture of the sauces mix well with the meat juices and the vegetables. The bread appears to be freshly made, judging from the quality of the wrap I received. The only issues I would have is that the bread is a little too stretchy and doesn't wrap very tightly, so eating your wrap can get a little messy.Parking: Plenty of space in the back.

We heard wonderful things from friends and had wanted to try - we loved our dinners, they have Ayran to drink which is great/unusual in the area. The rice was so light, our lamb and beef were perfect and the sauces (yoghurt garlic and a very spicy tomato) also very good. I didn’t realize there was a butcher counter and supermarket - they have certain staple foods/dry goods for great prices. Great service, we will be back ASAP. Thank you so much!

The owner was wonderful, explained all the dishes in detail , the food was excellent, tasty and fresh. I would have given 5 stars across the board, however the lady that assembled my shawarma did not listen .. having said that I will be back for more! Will just pay more attention during assembly.

It was our first time so we were glad for the suggestions of the staff. We ordered a chicken and a beef tikka dinner. Wow. A lot of food and DELICIOUS! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and were glad to have a chat after to learn more about the food here.Healthy. Everything is prepared fresh, in house, including baking their own breads and wraps. I was encouraged to try the lamb next time. We will be back.

Got the chapli kebob dinner and absolute bomb of a food that you can't find anywhere else in town for sure! And the service is as great as the food, Ramin especially provided exceptional customer service and always makes my experience here a one to remember!

Yesterday me & my family had an extremely disappointing trip to Oxus Shawarma and concluded that it was our last and final visit. Poor customer service, flat response, topped with weird justification from the owner himself lacked empathy.I ordered two shawarma plates and tipped ahead of getting my order. When picking up the tray from counter I asked for two extra spoons and two disposable plates as I wanted to share the meal with my two picky eater kids. The owner, who took my order, told that he already gave me two spoons, then reluctantly have me two extra. When I asked for plates he told me that as the plates goes into dishwasher its extra work. He wanted to say that I should have ordered separate plate for my kids. I asked that you can give me any small paper plate its fine but then he reluctantly gave me gave me plates saying that next time consider ordering full meal for kids. That was weird.I didn't mention that I gave 10% tip so expected a standard service. I bought Baklava and juice too at the same time.When we started eating, the rice was cold as it was in room temperature since last 2 hrs. I tried to continue eating but the food was too cold so I got up and told the guy. The owner, with flat face told me that he took the rice from tray and gave me a small sample that cold too. He justified saying that he putted cold sauce that made rice cold.Instead of arguing we finished out food and scratched this restaurant from our list of any future visit.Food was awful, cold, and portion size was small. Shawarma plate was missing fries, humus, and lacked good dinning experience.
