All I was told was that people couldn't sit for longer then 15 minutes, which was strange because there were people who hadn't ordered anything and where there longer then I was. So it comes off as if they had a different reason. Either way it's an embarrassment to TimHortans.

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered the potato bacon soup and there was no bacon in it. Also ordered a chicken Caesar salad and there were very small pieces of chicken. I am not sure what has happened but the food has been getting worse.

Do servers and kitchen staff have to wear beard nets? I was just there and the 2 employees packaging and serving me at the drive though had long beards without nets. I will not go back if I see that again. Not happy

I was served by an absolute lovely lady tonight. I was a little frazzled when I was grabbing some dinner as I was snowed in for the night in Belleville after a snowstorm. Thank you for the kind service and the food was great too!

I arrived at 7:30, to grab a drink and quick bite to eat while waiting for one of my kids evening activities to end. I was told I could not sit in, even though I would have to leave by 8 anyway, and then when I tried to pay with cash they asked me to use debit. I paid cash anyway.
It is ridiculous that you even close at 8, let alone not let anyone sit after 7:30. And then not want to take cash … You are here to serve your customers and accommodate them, not the other way around.

...this place looked dead. I walk in and no one at counter serving to customers. Staff were sitting and eating at various tables. Strange. No one greeted me. I walked out and went to the other breakfast restaurant next door.

I ordered French Onion Soup with a baguette . Soup had no flavor the croutons in the soup were as hard as a rock. The Bagutte was overcooked and herd. You couldn't even chew it. The boyfriend ordered chili. His chili wasn't bad, but the bayette was as hard as a rock . The portions were very small, not like we usually get worst experience. We've had at this restaurant since we've been eating there. All the staff except one was too busy talking to each other and not very friendly. When we first arrived a gentleman in front of us waited for approximately 10 minutes before anybody even came to the front to even take his order. And it's not like the store was busy.There was only five people in there

I’ve been the sickest I’ve been at home trying to get some soup and when I called about my issue, Amanda handled it with the upmost care and even went the extra mile to ensure nothing goes wrong with it this time. Thank you Amanda! You made my awful day much better.

I used the catering service for the second time and it was amazing! In fact I did 2 orders at once. One for bagels and cream cheese with mini scones. The other was for sandwiches. I bought the entire sandwich package which included 5 wonderful sandwiches cut in half, pickles, potato chips for 5, a Caesar salad and a baguette. It looked amazing and I know that the recipients of these thank you lunches were very pleased. I had a bit of difficulty trying to order online so I called until I got a person on the line and Amanda was amazing! She explained exactly what I would be getting. I live Panera Breads and since they took mine away in Etobicoke I use this as my go to place for lunch when I'm in Belleville(* and I'm there alot). For anyone wishing to provide a luncheon for their staff or to show appreciation to a group that went above and beyond I recommend Panera catering. They will deliver it for a fee or you can pick it up and deliver it yourself. Great service and food!!

Great service and a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the soups were perfect on a day like this — warm, fresh, and comforting. Everything was clean and well-run, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A really nice place to stop in. Merry Christmas!
Went for supper, ordered as usual, with the addition of a bag of day old scones reduced price on a table directly in front of entrance door. We love them, especially at half price. Cashier gal was extremely slow, needed lots of assistance. Had to take our order twice. She was pleasant, her supervisor? was not. Very curt and snippy with the new gal and us. She told us the scones are full price. Mistaken sign had been placed. Apology, but no discount. Needs a lesson in friendliness and service etiquette. We wondered why the restaurant was empty at 6pm on a Monday night. Food was great though.

Panera, what happened?? We used to love coming to this location for a quick fresh meal. Lately, service and overall experience has been disappointing. Tables were sticky and the whole restaurant smelled musty, and the chicken in our sandwiches was dry, rubbery and mostly inedible. The menu continually changes, we just find a dish we like and it disappears. The staff seem less than enthusiastic and often difficult to communicate with. After visiting many different Panera's, I'm surprised the bar has been set so low at this location. For the prices they charge I expect much more!
