Panera, what happened?? We used to love coming to this location for a quick fresh meal. Lately, service and overall experience has been disappointing. Tables were sticky and the whole restaurant smelled musty, and the chicken in our sandwiches was dry, rubbery and mostly inedible. The menu continually changes, we just find a dish we like and it disappears. The staff seem less than enthusiastic and often difficult to communicate with. After visiting many different Panera's, I'm surprised the bar has been set so low at this location. For the prices they charge I expect much more!

Loved the broccoli soup omg
I was here on May 24th around 530 and was pretty disappointed. The place smelled very musty, the dining area wasn't very clean and tables were extremely sticky so I can tell they aren't using clean cloths to wipe tables down if even wiping them down at all. Also I got a sandwhich that had avacado in it but all they do is put a giant peice of it on the sandwhich and that makes it really hard to eat with out it all spilling out,I recommend maybe smashing it up and spreading it on the bread to make it better for customers to eat. Other then all that the lady that took my order was very nice and the soup was tasty.
My Wife and I have eaten here many times because the food is fresh and healthy.
I don't mind picking up my meal at the kitchen bar when summoned and filling my own drinks but clearing and cleaning should be done by staff not by the patron this would help ensure a more sanitary enviroment also it is embarrassing enough to create a spill and then try to find some one to help.
Belleville location Panara is TRASH. I specifically asked for a full grilled cheese and a soup and they charged me a pick 2 which is not what I wanted. The “manager” working the window then said that I would be charged an additional 7.99 for the other half. I said no. Refund me the entire order and charge me for what I ordered. It only ended up being a difference of less then 5$ total. So not only did they want to over charge me but when I asked for a whole sandwich to be remade I get this garbage. Don’t recommend
Nice atmosphere but super overpriced for very small portions. Won't return.
Out of all the Panera's, this one customer's service outshines them all.
Overall very awesome lunch spot the Sandwiches and Mac and Cheese is really awesome here and lots of items to choose from on the menu I definitely would recommend trying this place if you haven’t! 👍🏼
This wasnt our first experience at this location but probably will be our last, Our first visit we weren't even acknowledged by the staff even after making eye contact and trying to say hello to the lady behind the counter and after waiting for almost 10min we left and went to Firehouse Subs across the plaza which we should have done again but we figured to give this location another shot. I found the food way to over priced for the portions you get, example my wife got a turkey & cheddar sandwich with soup (take 2) and I a half toasted Italian sandwich with 2 small chocolate milks and 2 small bags of chips and the grand total for this was $31, so if you want to get some sort of value for your dollar and good service I'd be looking somewhere else but here

Attended Belleville location for an away sport event. Horribly over priced, server didn't seem to understand their menu.... we asked questions as this was our first time but he barely understood, and therefore, we didn't understand much of the concept and overpaid... we paid $42.00 for a steak sandwich that my husband finished in 3 bites... it was delicious but so so small!!! a hot chocolate, and a grilled cheese that was half a sandwich.
Solid and healthy choice while you're on the road. A bit pricier, but definitely a higher quality than most fast food options.
A little disappointed after visiting a few times recently. The dining area is not clean, the tables are all sticky...so much so that I had to put paper under my mouse just to be able to use it and the wifi is super slow so had to hotspot my phone. Food was okay. Service, nothing special. Lots of room for improvement here.
good food but sadly a very slow drive thru all the time …
