Your prices have skyrocketed and the menu is not even similar to what it was before..very disappointing. I’ll never understand why companies with a good solid customer base shake things up just to appeal to a small group of niche customers ignoring the big picture. Not at all personal to you, Robin, you’re a huge asset to the company, but I won’t be back. App deleted.

Selected 4 toppings, I could count how many pieces they put on top. For the price totally waste garbage. Ordered ahead of time so I did not wait at store to pickup. Pizza was terrible.

Poor service, I’m here for pickup at 6.20pm and it’s 6.46pm they have no update on the order. It’s a busy day and only 3 people on make line. Pathetic service. Like people are cancelling the orders and they don’t bother. They should have take more people during peak hours.

Terrible long wait for a even worse tasting pizza, not sure why the chain has gone down hill this fast , won't be back , too many better choices in town that care what they serve customers.
We ordered 1.5 hours before pick up time needed. When we arrived, our pizza wasn't even prepared or in the oven yet. It wasn't busy so that was not a reason why. 25 mins later we got our pizza. What is the point of pre-ordering with plenty of time if they aren't even going to start it until after pick up time?

We waited over an hour and a half to find out they were out of pepperoni and instead of contacting us, they just continued to make us wait and gave no updates. This was absolutely ridiculous and someone should have contacted us to see what we would have wanted instead of delaying our food for almost 2 hours by the time we got the pizza. This was terrible customer service on their part by not communicating the issue.

On two different occasions, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers and both times the banana peppers were forgotten. The first time the employee realized when I paid for it and remade it with the banana peppers. The second time, I realized when I got home the banana peppers were soaking wet and cold, and were obviously put on last minute after it was cooked and they realized they forgot to put them on. I had to pay extra for something I ended up having to pick off.

Went to papa Johns around 10:30 pm and got a pizza that has holes in bottom. Tasted like garbage barely any pepperonis on there. Terrible service and terrible quality.
