I have been to many restaurants around the world and I know my way around the kitchen so I could say that I know my food pretty well. so I did go to this restaurant this week. I was shown around the restaurant by a staff worker that walked and talked like she was working for Walmart. she showed us around and I was surprised how large the place was and it was 6 p. m. , only 2 tables were occupied. Our first visit to Paulo's & Dinkel's was 10/10. Wonderful ambience, excellent service and fantastic food. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I visit Paulo's at least 4 times a year, 3 times in the summer on the patio and love it. the atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing.
yesterday we Celebrated my wifes 65th birthday, we were greeted by a wonderful lady who also served us. She described the chef's pasta specials.
