It’s good but the guy on the grill is incompetent. The women that work there are awesome but the guy on the grill constantly ruins the food, doesn’t cook the meat long enough. Sucks because this place was perfect, and is still great if he’s not there. If that guy is working there I just leave as it’s not worth babysitting trying to get him to make it right

So we went to take our pita today and the lady who works there was very rude. The price is also more then the size they are providing. The guy was friendly and smiled, but the lady was rude. I have worked in customer service and this is not how we treat our customers!

The food is always fresh, and I feel I am getting value for my money. I cannot say enough good things about the team, they are friendly and helpful, they always seem happy to help. Wonderful atmosphere.

My fiancé and I go in to Pita pit in Belleville very frequently. The reason for my 3 star is because the one girl who works in there is lovely, always greets you and talks to you is so helpful and awesome and I would 100% give her a 5 star all day everyday! The difference is, went in there the other night and some girl named Kandi shouldn’t even work in customer service. She was awful, rude and so ignorant. We go to Pita pit 3-4 times per week and if that’s who I had to deal with, I would NEVER go there again!!! Worst customer service EVER! There is such thing as a Smile and tone in a voice and she should learn how to use both. Kudos to the friendly girl ( wish I knew her name) because if it weren’t for her…. I’d never go there again.

Incredibly rude staff! I ordered a chicken Caesar as I have for over a decade, asked for no bacon and was rudely told ‘you’re going to get bacon. Next time just ask for chicken’. How is this an acceptable way to speak to customers? Then had to ask for my child’s cookie and drink that was SUPPOSED to come with her pita meal (the girl rolled her eyes at me). Never had a bad experience at a Pita Pit until today! Won’t be back.
Also, my whole wheat wrap was stale and falling apart. Gross.

This is by far the worse bang for buck I've ever experience for a lunch meal in Belleville. It's hard to justify the price for the small meal and the pitas just aren't even close to what they used to be.
