1) Staff communication skills (strike 1 looking) 2) Stale wrap with no structural support for fillings (strike 2 looking) 3) Barely put any chicken.. which is really the only cost to them (foul ball strike 2) 4) Crazy prices (strike 3 looking).

These guys have no clue how to properly wrap a pita. Half the fillings came out after two bites. Completely bottomed out. Pita itself was stale as could be. I should’ve expected the worst when the employee who can barely speak English took my order. Had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Just an awful location and a terrible waste of money.

I wanted to use a coupon on my pita pit app but the employee did not know how to use the ordering machine and accept the coupon. She just said I don’t know. I like their pitas but its not amazing. Just okay. I tried their bowls and maybe it is just me, but all the flavors just didn't seem to hit right together. I will stick to their spicy greek pita! Also seems overpriced to me.

The wrap is so good and I asked the staffs special and she made me an enticing wrap and I got a great service by Bita she gave an amazing customer service and her wrap choice was also good
