8/29/25 still broken won't let you switch to pay at the door for the past month. Absolutely horrendous and useless. Online web and via app complete clown show. CAN'T ORDER USING APP OR YOUR WEBSITE FOR 3+ WKS NOW SINCE YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR IS BROKEN! Same card I've used for months now constantly gives error, and even better, there's no way to select any other payment method which you then charge an additional fee for even though your payment system is completely borked. There's nothing wrong with my card, it's your payment processor, but hey, why accept orders?! And then they'll wonder why they're making less money, absolutely brutal.

Pizza was hot but wasn't properly cut through. We had to recut the pizza at home to keep it all from falling apart. If we took it to the park for a picnic we wouldn't have been able to do that so it was lucky we were eating at home this time. It was nice to see a Canadian working the counter. An extra star was just for that.

We are ordering veg pasta and garlic bread but none of the employe wear gloves for making it we are vegetarian and when we tell them to wear gloves they said it with aggressive tone that if you want us to wear gloves you have to mention it first. As long as i know every restaurant or pizza store employee wear gloves to make order and this is the only place that we have to tell them to wear gloves. It’s very rude that everyone in the shop talk about why we tell them to wear gloves and looking at us in rude way. I am very disappointed with the behaviour of them so I probably never come back.
