The pizza is great, however the delivery driver needs to learn that when she is taking the pizza out of the warming bag you never tip the box. My pizzas looked like it was folded because she had no clue of the proper way to remove them from the bag. Please retrain the driver on thos.

More than once have I ordered from this location where clearly the staff stoke a slice from the pizza. They attempt to arrange it to hide their theft, but there is no way to hide it. This has happened to me over two separate occasions separated by at least three years, telling me the rot runs deep with these guys. The first time it happened I brought the pizza back and demanded a new pizza. They made a feeble attempt to explain themselves and tried to teach me how their pizza cutter worked but it didn’t explain the missing space in my pizza. They quickly acquiesced and made me a new pizza, when I insisted I wasn’t having their nonsense, which only shows they were guilty. The second time I ordered it on skip so couldn’t take it directly back. These guys here think they’re smart. They have been getting away with it for a while and will continue until more people call them out. If you order a pizza from these guys and you can see a slice was clearly taken, take it back!

I’m leaving the review hoping the owner sees this to give that one guy with brown hair and glasses a raise. He is so enthusiastic and he is a great employee. Gave me a free pop today cuz I didn’t get a first responder discount. Always tells me about the deals on the receipt. You can tell he is a hard worker and I always enjoy coming here just for this guy lol.

Had the best pizza but after very long. Adam was kind enough to suggest us the right pizza and it tasted so well. When in Picton or Belleville , try this location and you won’t get disappointed.
I ordered a medium pizza and topping was uneven spread. Out of8 slices 3 slices are without any single toppings

8/29/25 still broken won't let you switch to pay at the door for the past month. Absolutely horrendous and useless. Online web and via app complete clown show. CAN'T ORDER USING APP OR YOUR WEBSITE FOR 3+ WKS NOW SINCE YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR IS BROKEN! Same card I've used for months now constantly gives error, and even better, there's no way to select any other payment method which you then charge an additional fee for even though your payment system is completely borked. There's nothing wrong with my card, it's your payment processor, but hey, why accept orders?! And then they'll wonder why they're making less money, absolutely brutal.
