WORST DELIVERY DRIVER ⚠️SHIVAM⚠️
I ordered from the Pizza Pizza store. First of all, the driver arrived late. Then started talking rudely that you have to pay for this order. He Doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Also, his phone number is hidden and due to personal reasons everyone can’t answer calls from a hidden number. He then called CRS(customer service representative) that he came here early, while he was not here, and ⚠️CRS told him to take the order back to restaurant and mark it as wrong order. The order was right when I was paying for it⚠️, and on the app it is showing that the order has been delivered.
The name of the delivery driver was Shivam. It happened with me before that the drivers come at the last minute for delivery, however if I order from uber eats they deliver my order in 20-25 minutes.
I checked just some time before and he was not there. He called me while he was driving.
From this order, I got to know that this Pizza Pizza is worth for my money.
Worst customer service.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza. Even though we paid extra for toppings, there was very little on the pizza, and it looked messy and poorly made. When we arrived at the restaurant at the estimated pickup time, our pizza was already sitting on the counter and had gone cold. It was not fresh at all, and definitely not the quality I expected from Pizza Pizza.

Honestly, this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever ordered from Pizza Pizza. I paid for a large pizza with extra toppings, and it came undercooked with barely any toppings on it. Totally unacceptable! If I’m paying extra, I expect the pizza to be properly baked and loaded, not half done. Very disappointing experience!
