I order a 5 pcs of tenders and had to wait 20 mins before they start working on my order (wasn't busy) then 10 minutes later they try to give my order to a different customer without calling my number. They gave me the coldest frys to the point i thought it was frozen as an apology. But the chicken was

They always get the order wrong. No one who I've never had a friendly person take my order and the pop machine is never filled. It's always flat or watered down, yuck.

My chicken tender are raw. Like shiny raw. My food was in the bag standing straight up so everything was in the bottom of the bag with the 10 packs of hor sauce and 1 small ranch dip.Updating that yes this was the bell.blvd location. Which is where I left the review
