Today I went in to order ice cream. Stood in the ice cream line to be told to go to the dairy cash out line where I couldn’t see the menu or anything.
Seriously done with this place. Support kawartha dairy instead, product is far superior anyways. This place sucks

I really don’t get why the staff is always so rude and never replies to your questions. Just ignore I really want to know! I love the shakes but really need custom dealing training. Makes me upset whenever i go to get something .

Bad customer service. Ice cream was ok, but I had issues with someone charging me a different item. I got the lasagna and she charged the cabbage roll. She called someone, and that someone decided to refund the whole purchase instead of refunding the one mistake and charging the new one. She then left out an item doing the refund. Then she charged me again with the new ones and giving me wrong the change. It's took 15 mins just to get it sorted. Maybe someone should show the staff the proper way to charge people and make a simple refund. The atmosphere there was nice. Cute place. Just ruined by the experience of the wrong item charged and the refund process. I wouldn't have even bothered by the 6 dollar difference, but the way they acted on it just made me feel like It needed to be done.
