Ordered a refresher with half ice. Got a full cup of ice and about 2 sips of the actual drink. Called customer service and they gave me a long list of proof items to email them with. I sent it right away…it’s been almost 2 months with no response. Let me be clear the staff was nice but the company has lost all integrity. Yet somehow we continue to give them all the power. As someone who was a big fan for years with daily visits , that will be my last visit to Starbucks. I’d much rather give my money to a small shop and know that they at least appreciate it and they care about what they put out.

Sebastian was awesome! I messed up my order and he remade my drink without hesitation—super friendly and made the whole experience way better. Honestly, he’s like the Keanu Reeves of Starbucks—chill, kind, and just an all-around legend. Give this man a raise! 👏☕️

I always get disappointed whenever i visit your store as this time i ordered dragonfruit lemonade and they just poured everything in the drink cup instead and shaking and feels like drinking a normal water and i think you guys don’t understand the meaning of light ice as you put a-lot, if you guys don't understand just don’t prefer the option then.

Drinks were very disappointing at this location. Pumpkin spice latte tasted like dish water, and the prominent flavor in our caramel crunch frap was ice water.

Ordered a grande cappuccino… it came 2/3 full. For $5.60, it should be full. And NO, I didn't drink this first and then take time out of my day to write a complaint.
