Extremely disappointed with this Starbucks. Earlier, I had an unprofessional experience with an employee named Jamie who made incorrect assumptions about my order and treated me in a dismissive way. That issue was supposedly documented.

Now, I’ve discovered a hair in my coffee, which is a serious hygiene and food safety concern. This goes beyond poor service — it raises questions about cleanliness, staff professionalism, and overall store standards.

I expect this location’s management and district leadership to take this seriously. Customers should not have to worry about disrespectful service or contamination in their food and drinks.

Very new and clean location right off 401. Staff, especially Dave, were extremely friendly.

It’s 8:43pm and they closed the restaurant and drive thru. Website says store open until 9pm. Staff didnt let me in.

The lady who took my order was very rude the after getting my drink waited 30 minutes for my cake pop well it was ready sitting over on the back counter and the one who took my order after wouldn’t make eye contact so I couldn’t ask for my cake pop then finally I got a hold of someone 30 minutes later so disappointed that was ridiculous

I ordered a large drink but was given a medium instead, and when I mentioned it, they just said sorry without fixing it. Also, the cup was mostly full of ice. Not a good experience.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, all thanks to one amazing barista. This person was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is honestly contagious. They made my complicated latte order perfectly and even gave me a little tip about a new pastry I should try next time. It’s rare to find someone who seems to enjoy their job so much, and it really made my morning. Starbucks, you've got a gem on your team! I believe their name was Emily!

Today was the third strike. I will never step foot in this location again. The long time loyalty I gave this location was quickly tossed out the window by a certain staff member. Evening staff really needs to be evaluated and changes made for the both the staff and the customers.

Completely ignored when waiting to ask for a straw. When I grabbed one behind the counter got yelled at. Put the paper straws somewhere accessible to customers.

Ordered a refresher with half ice. Got a full cup of ice and about 2 sips of the actual drink. Called customer service and they gave me a long list of proof items to email them with. I sent it right away…it’s been almost 2 months with no response. Let me be clear the staff was nice but the company has lost all integrity. Yet somehow we continue to give them all the power. As someone who was a big fan for years with daily visits , that will be my last visit to Starbucks. I’d much rather give my money to a small shop and know that they at least appreciate it and they care about what they put out.
