Stopped by on a road trip for a bite. When we arrived there were about 6 or 7 people ahead of us but with 4 staff behind the counter, our wait wasn't long as staff were quick and efficient with sub prep! If anything it was the indecisive patrons who held things up! Fast, friendly, efficient and subs were prepared exactly as expected!

Grabbed a pickup order, and it wasn't ready yet due to how busy they were. You would think this would give them a lower score, but their personalities shawn through and still made the experience excellent.

In the 7 years ive been going here the staff here are always incredible, the food is always fresh and the restaurant is always tidy.
They always remember me and will sometimes write little notes on my cookie package when I order online

The subway in front of the old Lowe's store, when I went into order, it was after a 12hr night shift and the East Indian there said to me,oh so you don't want to make supper tonight, and I said, no or I wouldn't be here giving you business. So rude and condescending, what business does he have to judge me for my life

Everything is good at this location except how they secretly up-charged me for a special sub when I specifically asked for just a regular subway sandwich.
I placed an order for 3 regular veggie patties which are around $10.50 but I was charged about $36.69 which is the same price as a 3 #22 sandwich.

This is our preferred Subway location in the area.
They are not changing the gloves. The employees are placing the bacon used gloves in the veggies. They just want customer to get the order fast but they are not taking care of the hygiene. Worst place for the hygiene. Will complain to subway and will let them know that they should change the from eat fresh to eat fresh with bacon

Did a mobile order, unfortunately, they did make a mistake on one of the two sandwiches, and I immediately returned to the restaurant with the sandwich to show them if needed, and the gentleman was very understanding very apologetic and even gave me a few cookies for the mistake. Other than the slight inconvenience, the food was really good and everything else was perfect, 4.9 out of five

This is my preferred location in the town and I Always order from here but today even after I mentioned the all ingredients and quantity. Lot of things were missing majorly Crispy onion were missing and it was said more. Also Sweet onion was also completely missing and others were very too little whereas it was mentioned more. A very dry sandwich worst in my experience till date. I hope this will help you in improving service without cutting the corners.

I usually go to this location but I haven't gone to a Subway in a long time - use to love it Just a suggestion...when your handling money don't go back to make a subway without washing hands or changing gloves ..money is disgusting I work in finance and it's one of the grossest things I usually have to mention or ask them to change gloves ...just make it apart of your Hygiene practices
