Barely put any chicken on my chicken teriyaki sub she scraped the container and didn’t give me two full scoops , asked for white cheese but she gave me shredded cheese, barely put any topping and did one tiny strip of mayo and chipotle. Worst service I’ve had and it seems as the workers couldn’t understand my English. The one man tried to put rice on my sub when I didn’t ask for it and didn’t cut through my sub or fold it before wrapping it. Overall, worst subway joint in Belleville. Do not recommend.

My husband and I contracted food poisoning from this location, it was the only thing we had the same and everyone in our household didn't get sick with us. The timeline also fit for food poisoning. I'm still sick as I write this review, it's been a week. I had to be hospitalized for dehydration from the horrific symptoms. I can still barely choke down bland soup. My husband thought the food looked like they had just mixed old product in with new. Do not eat here.

This company is a joke I ordered online through the app which you can’t trust at all. I got charged twice on my credit card for an order that never went through on there end. I went to this location I ordered to and the staff were not helpful the employee gave me a fake number to contact after expressing that I couldn’t find a customer support number on the website. All that shows is a feedback on certain topics through email only. After filling it out I got an automated email saying thanks for your feedback. I don’t recommend using the app. I have to now go through my bank to get my money back cause they are useless.

staff were handling cash and change and the touch-screen register, then kept making sandwiches and sticking their hands in all the ingredient bins without changing gloves. pretty sure that's a violation of ontario food safety laws?
