Ordered online for pick up for a specific time. Still had to wait over 20 minutes past the order pick up time. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Missing two items from my order but didn’t realize until I got home. Don’t see a point in calling as the staff was so unprofessional when I was there I can o my Imagine how a phone call would go. Avoid this place.

Do better Swiss Chalet or you've lost a customer.
I ordered the festive special through the app and what a pathetic piece of chicken I received. For $20 I expect to receive a decent size leg and not have my meal look like it was thrown into the box. I might have gotten 2 ozs of meat by the time I got through the bones. If I'd eaten in the restaurant I would have refused it.

We went on a Tuesday and it was NOT busy. We waited over 50 minutes for our food. The waitress did not check on us to see if we wanted refills on our beverages. We were virtually ignored. When I went to ask what was taking so long the waitress was rude. Food was really good however. BUT we will NOT be going back.

My son and I were here on kids eat free night. And it was busy. When my food came out it was not very hot. But I let a server know (she was not my server) and was taken care of immediately. My server Heather brought out a completely new fresh and very hot meal. Service was quick and very inefficient. Heather was great.
I ordered chicken and I think I got quail the pieces were so small. I've heard a shrinkflation but this is ridiculous and I will never be back

We have enjoyed Swiss Chalet numerous times through the years and have had a lot of wonderful servers. Sheila, at the Belleville Ontario location, was the best we’ve had. Seriously. Big smile, generous heart, and very attentive. Food was great but Sheila made the experience even better.

I was so disappointed. We haven’t gone to Swiss chalet in awhile and were excited to go back. We started with a spinach dip which was hot and delicious. Everything else after that went downhill.
All 3 of our meals arrived to our table freezing cold; so that was disappointing. The loaded baked potato that is shown on the menu to have bacon & cheese apparently is not what you will receive, instead you get a potato with sour cream & a couple green onions on it. The chicken seemed ok, then there was blood and almost raw looking meat.
After all of that both us and the table next to us were stuck waiting almost a half an hour for our bill.
There’s plenty of great restaurants in Belleville, clearly Swiss Chalet is no longer one of them.
