Chicken was dry and fries were cold. Waitress did not return so we were forced to eat poor quality food. This is not the first time we've had issues in this location, everything from cold food to running out of chicken! This is our last attempt. I swear Swiss chalet is buying smaller chickens, the leg quarter was the size of a large pigeon. DISAPPOINTED DOES COME CLOSE TO DESCRIBING THIS EXPERIENCE.

So we plan a date night . Dinner and a movie. To have that RUINED by shitty service is frustrating. We arrived at this establishment well in advance of the movie we both wanted to see. When people around you who had their orders taken the same time or after us receive their meals a good 15-20 before us .GRRRRRR. I gave my server about a 3% tip which she did not deserve because I felt I needed to NOT Because she earned it. All in all the service tonight SUCKED and because of it we missed the second part of our first date Nate in about two years. If Swiss chalet was not my wife’s favourite restaurant I’d never darken the doors to this place again. It’s not just this bad in house experience with this place . They are constantly making mistakes on take out orders as well . Time for a new manager because right now this place SUCKS

Went here for dinner, the place was clean inside, the host was a young girl and friendly. The food was not filling enough for the price (I got a 2-can-dine chicken for myself and was still hungry.) The waitress we had (older blonde woman) was super miserable and rude. At the end of the night when we paid our bills my niece (who is 17) did not tip the waitress, the waitress turned around and started swearing with the bill in hand. As she was cleaning the table, she is slamming dishes and throwing her hand in the air. As we go to walk out the door my wife noticed the waitress shaking her head and throwing her hands in the air at another waitress. Not one of us were rude or disrespectful during the whole meal, so I don't think there was an excuse for her behaviour. That was a terrible dinner experience and lack of professionalism

Was the worst Swiss Chalet food I've ever had. Waited almost 45 minutes for takeout and food was cold. Part of chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Service was poor. Never go for takeout at this Swiss Chalet location.

Had a reservation for 6:30. Host was clearly not impressed to be working. Drink order was not taken until almost 7:00. Waitress took orders for half the table and left. We needed to go find her to give the rest of the tables order. Food came out very staggered. Part of one meal was missing (chicken and beef but no beef arrived). Had to ask for two of our parties food, and by the time the last plate arrived we needed a take out box for that individual since everyone else was pretty much finished. We watched other tables with no cutlery. The couple beside us was waiting for the machine to pay their bill for over a hour. Terrible service. Terrible experience. An experience which should have taken one hour max was over two hours, most of that spent waiting. To get the bill we needed to actually go to the kitchen and find someone. Insane. The manager really needs to manage this restaurant better.

Went for supper had to wait 35 minutes for the meal it was 8 tables with people counting us.The food was cold when we finally got it the bun was hard and the chicken was very small.Not going back again

This is absolutely outrageous!! If I could give all 0 stars I would!! This was the state of my chicken. Because I’m pregnant this is 100% not okay and clearly wasn’t cooked to proper temperature. I will definitely not be going back at all.

The portion sizes are now ridiculous the leg and thigh are about the size of 3 small chicken wings and the bun was rock hard i used to love there food but will not be ordering from them again. Had to come back and add to thus post that my girlfriends chicken was also under cooked
