“It started with having to repeat myself three times that I wanted hard tacos then still them making it wrong and having to wait then the person taking the order. Kept trying to correct me saying you said soft. After the third time a complete stranger said no I actually heard her.(which is me) order hard shell.
Then getting it home and instead of remaking what I can only guess was a broken shell your crew opted to then place one shell inside of another.. on 3 different tacos. I got the family meal and 11 of the bottoms were broken. Meaning you take it out of paper and the bottoms were not even attached.
The floor was sticky and I would have had to wash the table before sitting to eat.
Just frustrating is all.“
