We had a delicious Mexican-inspired lunch here at this renovated location. The service was knowledgeable and friendly, AND, he brought our meals to our table! We had the big box meals, hot, fresh and tasty! Non-food note: the new corporate decor is very clean, but stark and nondescript, offering no visual warmth, and the seats are for short stays only. However, this is a great location for satisfying Taco Bell!

Since this place had just been renovated in the past year, I thought i would give it a look. The interior is pathetic and empty. It also apparently has no heat in the dinning room, I dont know if this is a tactic to keep the homeless people from staying to long, because its warmer outside in the dead of winter or if they are just affraid someone will actually dine in and they would need to clean up after someone. Maybe add some music, heat and decorate the place instead of solid steel chairs and cold grey interior.

Rebranding Worked!!! Went in Jan 8 2026 and tried multiple items. The chulpa was a little hard and dry. But the quesdilla, cheesy beef burrito, fries, drink, and customer service were all excellent. I was concerned because of previous reviews and stories I had heard about this place. But I wanted to try after the rebuild. It was good! The inside is brand new and clean. I think and hope these changes are for the good. I hope the standard will continue to improve at the quality I experienced today.

The Mighty Dunk
Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience. The staff here are utterly useless. Each car in front of me sat at the speaker for 10-15 minutes each. Food was not hot, pretty sure it sat for a good duration of the time I was in the drive thru. The person running the drive thru can barely speak English. Will not be coming back to this garbage establishment.

The food is consistently good here and often orders are made correct but this review isnât about the foodâŠ. Itâs about how filthy and upkeep it is. We dined in on Aug 8th, 2025 just after they opened at 11am. There was no cleaning down prior to opening. Old food stains on the floor that looked weeks old. Every table except one had food debris/sticky drink spills. We found only one table that wasnât completely unclean. It was still sticky to the touch⊠we noticed other customers having to clean their own tables off just to sit and eat⊠thatâs unacceptable. The floor was sticky all around the pop dispenser.. it was gross⊠even worse were the male & female washrooms⊠The males which I used was dirty with an unusable hand dryer. Several holes in the walls. Pee stains on the floorâŠ.The hot & cold water taps in the sink donât work right⊠ones hot and the cold is hotter!!! It burnt my hand⊠My girlfriend used the females and said itâs just as bad. She told me they have a paper sheet on the wall stating the last time it was cleaned which was July 29th⊠so 10 days of public use and with zero cleaning and a female washroom?????? Iâm seriously surprised how health & safety hasnât shut this place downâŠthe staff and owners donât seem to care about cleanliness or hygiene. If you use this restaurant do yourself a favour and just use the drive through. Most disgusting restaurant Iâve seen yet.

It took so many time to have the order we were 2 in the restaurant and they were 4 to make tacos and chiken really bad service I do not recommend it to anyone .
Just absolutely ridiculous of a place came here for years and always missing things in my order and when you go in to get the items that they missed, they say that you never purchased them would not recommend this restaurant at all

Sharing a location with KFC and the same washrooms is making KFC Taco Bell the same disgusting place! The toilet hasn't been flushed and it's full. The flies and smell are atrocious. I certainly hope for customers sake the employees have a separate washroom . After seeing this restaurant on July 11th I left and didn't order anything. Even thought about calling health services! People should see the washroom before ordering food, it shows a lot about the cleanliness of an establishment!

Took forever to be served.Wanted to know what was in a item and the manager kept telling me how much the item was, only ended up ordering one thing rather than the amount i normally get to make it less confusing for the manager. Will not be returning very disappointed.
