Stood in line for 10 minutes for the guys behind the cash to stare at me like I didn’t even exist. After 10 minutes of being ignore I decided to leave since their customer service was absolutely terrible . Too busy chatting in the back to do their job

I ordered 4 items. A chicken quesadilla that ended up being burnt and didn't have any meat on a quarter of it, a chili cheese burrito that was made wrong (it was just ground beef and shredded cheese), a 4 pack of cinnamon delights, they had almost no cinnamon sugar on them, so they were very bland (had some on maybe 1/8th per ball) and a fountain drink, which was the only thing that wasn't messed up because I poured it myself. Staff were friendly enough, but clearly don't know how to make the food properly. I usually don't mind this location, but was sorely disappointed this time. I hope they learn from their mistakes and fix this in the future.

Doesn't take coupons and shows up as closed online where they say to use the coupons. 10/10 service.

We have ordered several times and Uber eats uses this dumpster fire of a location. I don’t know how blotto the staff has to be but our orders show up with drivers frustrated saying they have frustrating waits. From our end this is the third time requested sauces and napkins and cutlery were missing, not even napkins, THEY PACKED TWO NACHOS SIDEWAYS so they leaked out the bottom of the bag that wasn’t double bagged. What a mess.I would say anyone ordering here should assume 75% dissatisfaction. DO NOT order unless you have time time and confidence to go take your food back a few times.Absolute trash. This place is run by raccoons.

We ordered a supreme crush wrap meal with supreme fries NO TOMATO OR SOUR CREAM on both because my boyfriends allergic to tomatoes,it got delivered through door dash with tomatoes and they will not fix it at all. They hung up on me when I tried to talk to them about it. Horrible customer service.

We always stop at this Taco Bell when we go to Quinte Mall just to be greeted and served by Ron. Ron is an absolute ray of sunshine, always incredibly happy and kind to everyone.
