The place is consistent at one thing and that is forgetting food. Every-time we go there is at least 1-2 items missing from our order.

Employees are forgetful or just negligent. If you want your order for take out, you can guarantee it will be brought out in a tray.

If you can avoid it, I would unless you like losing out on $10 each order.

I went to the taco bell at the quinte mall. I started out by waiting 10 minutes at the counter with not one person bothered to come out to assist while 3 of them were in the back doing god knows what. When I finally did get to order, I waited another 10 minutes for my 1 crunch wrap to be made. When I got home which is a 3 minute drive from the mall. The crunch wrap was completely soggy and all over the bag and absolutely not edible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Food was same as always when I go, average for food lol but good snack when it’s craved, but waiting over 30 minutes almost 40 I don’t really think it’s worth specially when skip or DoorDash orders come before dine-in costumers, watched them make multiple peoples food left it sitting, to serve delivery orders when they weren’t even done yet, so the food sat on a warmer to “keep warm” please do better when this is the only NOW Taco Bell in Belleville.

Employees are rude. Stood in line for almost 5 minutes without any acknowledgment at all. They addressed everyone else but ignored/looked right through me. Employee walked back and forth between the front and back almost 10 times, trying to look busy, but also avoiding me. I said excuse me, and looked at me and walked to the back again without any word to me. Would not recommend as this is the normal experience for this location. Serious training in decent human behavior would be nice.

I ordered and stood there to the side for 10 minutes while everyone else was served, including people that were there well after me. I watched my order get called once, then was dropped. I asked for a refund and was argued with. Don’t understand that service but okay!

Stood in line for 10 minutes for the guys behind the cash to stare at me like I didn’t even exist. After 10 minutes of being ignore I decided to leave since their customer service was absolutely terrible . Too busy chatting in the back to do their job

I ordered 4 items. A chicken quesadilla that ended up being burnt and didn't have any meat on a quarter of it, a chili cheese burrito that was made wrong (it was just ground beef and shredded cheese), a 4 pack of cinnamon delights, they had almost no cinnamon sugar on them, so they were very bland (had some on maybe 1/8th per ball) and a fountain drink, which was the only thing that wasn't messed up because I poured it myself. Staff were friendly enough, but clearly don't know how to make the food properly. I usually don't mind this location, but was sorely disappointed this time. I hope they learn from their mistakes and fix this in the future.
