Great food and serving staff. Try to avoid Fridays 4-8 pm if you don't like to wait. No complaints at all. Always treated exceptionally well.

Ordered the lunch special, montreal smoked meat sandwich, the meat tasted old, i tried eating it but couldnt lol. I did have my drinks taken off the bill by the waitress :). Just curious when they bought the deli meat.
You still didn't answer my question how old the deli meat was?

Thebplace was clean and the staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful with their suggestions. The food was great. First time since moving to this area that I got a steak cooked exactly as I like it.

Went to The Dugout for the first time last week with my girlfriend for a bite to eat. The service was prompt. My girlfriend had eight wings with honey, and I had stuffed jalapeños to start with, followed by their chicken quesadilla and a Caesar salad. The food was delicious.

This is one of my families favourite places to eat; it feels like I’m going back in time to the 90s and I mean that in the best possible way it’s very endearing.

We decided to go to the Dug Out simply because it was open after 8pm and had steak. We knew a pub type restaurant most likely would not have great steak but it would be passable. Boy were we wrong in a good way. I have had $40 steaks that weren't as good as the $20 steak we enjoyed. Our bill was 1/2 the price of many of our outings and yet the food was as good if not better. We had a medium rare and rare steak both cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the fried pickles as and apitiser and the sweat potato fries as a side. I found the fries a little cooler than I would like but that is me being picky. We even had room for desert and we weren't disappointed.
