Absolutely terrible, service 6 people at tables beside our table of 7 people been sitting for over 45 mins the server hasn’t been even over to the table once went to the bar to get one drink and still no one at the table I have choice not to come here 3 yrs ago and figure I would try it again looks like this will be my last time at this establishment.
Overall, nothing special except the view and our server was awesome. The kitchen had some issues. My wife’s meal had hot fries while mine were stone cold. Also took longer than expected to be served our food given there were only a handful of other tables. And a table that ordered similar food after us got theirs first.
When the food did arrive, it was only OK.
On a more positive note, the menu has a decent variety and they offered a couple of local craft beers (but probably should be more given what’s readily available nearby).
Not the cleanest or most comfortable place either. Wouldn’t go back.
Disgrace full
A lovely place to have lunch by the water. Portions were a good size. The drinks (beer) were served with plastic cups that were too small, which made it tricky to hold the can, cup, and eat in the breeze. Larger cups to hold a full drink would be helpful.
Got seated and waited about 15 mins to get asked what we wanted to drink. People who came in after us got served first. My husband wanted a second beer and had to go in search of it himself. As he stood at the bar the bartender continued to have her head buried in her phone not even realizing he was there. Our waitress was the one that got him another one. An hour wait for our meal...mine a piece of fish and a handful of a sweet potato fries (an extra $3). Beer was expensive at $8 a can. Food was good but I wouldn't return. I can't imagine how long we would have had to wait if it was busy
I used to go to the pier with my Dad and have some non alcoholic Ceasars. The staff had always been friendly, until today. I ordered my food and Ceasar expecting to have a seat and enjoy my meal at the bar, apparently they didn't want me there because my meal came as a to go. Hint taken, I won't be back. Lol, they even asked me to pay up front and I left a 20% tip before even seeing my meal. Not cool. The nuggies were tasty though, even if I had to eat them in my car.
Not happy about our meal it wasn't fully cooked and our server spilled water on two people at our table
Beautiful location and food is actually good. Service incredibly slow and food took about an hour after ordering. Shocking for such a great spot in Belleville.
Other than the stupid bees this place is perfect

I've been here a few times I love the location at the end of the pier, watching all of the boats go by, I usually just have something simple, wings or a burger, so I can't comment on the quality of their other food, but the beer is always cold and there is a decent selection, staff is always friendly. The Pier, is an open concept building, so therefore is seasonal, check for times, it might be May to September ? Location is the Piers main attraction

I had a good time tonight. Monday night beers with a sunset is the vibe. Waitress blew my mind. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s really a terrace, it’s very windy. It was cold
Very long service, even though we were almost alone.
He was out of fish...no more peppers...
Very disappointed we went there for the fish taco
Lots of frying.
The sweet potato fries are good.

This place has a good vibe, is right on the water and is open till 11pm! (That's a big deal for Belleville). This is one of the only pubs to serve some local beer options (albeit only a couple - there are at least a dozen breweries in Prince Edward County alone).
You may have to wait awhile for service. Hence 4 stars.
Nice place to eat right off the pier.
Staff is very friendly and food is good.

A bit bummed that a restaurant on the side of the water didn't have fish and chips (out of it). This place is more of a bar and less of a restaurant. The staff was nice but it took a very long time(but we were 12 people)
