Went to order the French toast with berries, when it arrived there was no berries. The waitress informed me after it arrived that they don’t normally stock fruit. Even when 5+ items on the menu contain fruit. Service was horrible, and the waitress was very rude and short.

Ordered online at 5:18 was told food would be ready at 5:45. Went to pick it up the restaurant was almost empty and the food wasn’t ready until 6:10. No staff were available to ask an ETA, had to call them to talk to staff to get an estimate. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend at all.

Place was nearly empty and silent when we arrived. Don't think there was even background music playing. Some of the food was ice cold but what was cooked properly was decent enough. Was never checked on during the meal so couldn't ask for refill/different beverages. Pretty sure server was also the cook at this time as she was always in the back if not handing out food or the bill. She almost seemed annoyed or inconvenienced by our presence.

Went here for dinner the other night after a long hiatus. Used to love the place. There was nobody else there when we arrived. Service was slow. They were out of a very basic drink (White wine). Tried to order a different drink, and was just meant with a confused look, and the server disappeared into the kitchen for quite some time. Ordered dinner, and when it came some key stuff was missing. Chicken was way overcooked… Three out of four meals. The fourth meal, butter chicken was tasteless. Potatoes tasted sour. Could hear people fighting very loudly in the kitchen. Last time going there. We always enjoyed it, but it was such a disappointment. Might try Trenton again, but this is it for the Belleville location.

I would call this restaurant a hidden gem. It's never very busy, but the food is second to none in Belleville. They have a good selection, the quarter chicken dinner will not disappoint.
