Less than impressed with this location. Today I ordered 2 large coffees 2 sugar 3 cream, 2 small ice capps, a bagel belt, and an English muffin breakfast sandwich. The coffees were black and my bagel belt was cold, not cut and did not have tomato on it. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. Definitely not going to this location anymore.

This Tim Hortons location is a complete letdown. The staff often don’t understand my order clearly, and the result is wrong items almost every time. All I ask for is a simple double double—a DOUBLE DOUBLE, the most basic thing on the Tim Hortons menu. But somehow, that’s just too complicated. Is it the “double”? Or the second “double” that throws them off? It's almost impressive how such a classic Canadian order can be turned into a mystery.
The quality of the food is poor, with cold or stale items, and they regularly forget parts of the order. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get it. I’ve given them multiple chances, but the service just keeps getting worse.

Not sure what has happened to Tim Hortons. But I remember my uncle talking about timings for drive thru orders. I remember going through the drive thru and it was fast. At this location, it's probably faster to either go in, or McDonalds. People here are slow as hell, don't understand orders. Get the wrong things
I just left the Tim’s they only had 8 donuts!!! I thought it was a donut shop. I asked for a hot chocolate and and old fashion donut or timber. The fella said they didn’t have any I ask him to check in the back he walked back and came back to say there were none.. I think they need to get their self’s organized and at least keep a selection of donuts available. Hot chocolate was fine.

I ordered a large white chocolate pistachio latte. The person at the drive thru really needs some customer service training. Not a pleasant experience. When my latte came, it was half full, not hot and no white chocolate flakes. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this store. I am an unhappy customer. At $5.50 for a latte, I expect better. At that price, maybe better off going to Starbucks.
