Went through the drive-thru to order a medium coffee double double. I dont come here often because they keep messing up my orders. They served me a cup of disapointment today. It doesn't even taste like coffee. It's extremely sweet, and taste like they added 5 servings of cream which also taste and smells off like it's going bad. I will no longer be giving this location another chance as they seem to not care and can't even get coffee right.

This Tim Hortons isn't safe. Staff allowed a man to walk around videoing women and their behind while ordering. When calling in to inform them we are being recorded in the store by a man with a digital camera it is taken as a joke.

I ordered one iced coffee with extra sugar , cream. But it not taste like that , i drink this coffee everyday from north front, sidney street tim. It was my first time i try it with this location. I also gave order 3 time but then also it happened . Timing was around 3:40 pm

Zero service . I have been waiting for the long time over there no one is coming at the counter for take my order. They noticed me but still they are going at the back nd not coming again . That’s my worst experience of life at this location. I saw staff is busy in doing gossiping with each other. Its really disrespectful for me .

Service staff sounded like he didn't want to be there, tables need cleaning that wasn't done.bathroom was also dirty. Garbage was not changed there were 6 to 7 on staff and it wasn't a busy time of day. Mostly wouldn't return to that timmies again.
