I always go though the drive threw but eeru time i go they come on to say will be right wiyh you thank you for your patience then they take the one on the other side instead of me if they dont know how to worl the jead phone right they shouldn t be on it om really get sick of this

Service was the worse, new people to working at a fast pace can't keep up, drive through was backed up through to the road and beyond, so I went inside which was hard to do, lineup went around the store, people were mumbling. Indian servers were confused, one guy kept checking his phone. Never again, just as bad as the Tim's in Georgetown. I couldn't wait after 20 minutes and went to A&W.

I have been going to this location for years and the service is going down hill the workers are rude and ignorant I went to the drive thru today ordered coffees a few were ask to be black and sugar and cream in a bag as I wasn’t sure what the other people drank the guy ask how many I said a few of each for each coffee I get to the window he didn’t pass me any sugar or cream for the coffee when I ask for it he shut the window put his back to me and just stood there so I drove away very un professional

What a sad service, terrible attention to Latinos. I have been many times, however I am tired of their elitism and discrimination 🥺 the elderly lady who is at the checkout, they make fun of people and it is unacceptable.

Monday November 11/ 2024 time around 2: 30 pm.i was there. Once again I am on a short break from work and had a long wait for service it looks like most of.the people working are just standing around and the employees look right at u in the line up and then decide to go and do what ever like.one guy just standing there playing with a butterfly on a thine pice of wire twirling it about . But the lady who did wait on. Myself was happy with a smile .
