Horrible experience! We went for a family walk to get drinks and treats when we were told they would not serve us at the counter and we needed to walk through the drive through as they lock the doors at 8pm and not the advertised 10pm. When I asked to speak to the manager as I am certainly not pushing my daughter through a dangerous drive through that had 2 lanes of cars, he gave me a fake number to call.
What on earth is this sad excuse for a bagel 🥯 small amount of creamcheese non cut looks like they where in a rush with only 1 person in the drive-thru normaly everything i get is great so not being to hard but a bagel is the easiest thing to get right
Staff is fast and efficient when it comes to lunch rush, impressive

Just went through location at 455 Dundas St west at about 11am. The young fellow at the drive through window was probably the nicest Tim Horton’s employee we have ever come across in Canada; you need more like him.

One day during lunch, I came and got a medium French vanilla and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. I ate the wrap and went back to work. After I got back to work, I took a sip of my “French vanilla” and it tasted like hot water and a little bit of coffee. Ruined my lunch & wasted $4. Wasn’t happy.

Cashier made a mistake, charge me 65c extra. The manager is just whining to the employee with no solution. So I'm like, give me a cookie and I'll be in my way. She comes at me with: a cookie is 40c extra...
So left without solution, the customer had to forget 65c instead of the corporation voiding 40c.
I didn't care, but it's this right management behavior? Is Tim Hortons on the verge of bankruptcy?

I work on a construction site just up the road from this location. 2 to 3 times a day we go here 2 out of 3 visits mostly the afternoon shift are rude. Anything else is what I get when I go on top of that I have to drive back because they put the order together wrong I still have to pay for their mistakes
