This Tim Horton's seems to be the best run location in the city, great friendly staff (however, over the past few weeks, it seems that a lot of the friendly and great customer service staff haven't been there working the drive through as they usually do, now there seems to be just an older lady who seems quite grumpy) Anyway, the review is for my experience each and every visit up until the last few weeks etc. They always have my order right which is a rare thing to come by at most other Tim Horton's nowadays. The one call out is that the renovation that this location recently went through, took the atmosphere from cozy, warm inviting (as much as a Tim's can be) , to now post renovation being a colder more sterile dining room. Of course everyone has different opinions but from a hospitality perspective, customers overwhelmingly prefer booths in a seating area and not free standing tables. (just my 2 cents)

If you're closed early are in the make sure you set up the Timmy's app to refer to that so that way I don't waste my money!!
It's supposed to be 24-hour Tim Hortons here. This is for all the working people. It's not the first time of this situation at a few Tim Hortons especially around the holidays. Why I'm writing this review because I was sitting at the first step at the speaker for like a minute until I got up to the window to know what's going on, just dead air no sign no nothing at the order intercom.

Great fast service at the drive thru- staff are very polite and appear generally happy and upbeat. Exterior of the building can be a little bit intimidating due to the increase in the transient population in the area.

Service is unpredictable. Wrong orders, even after reading back. Never marks coffees. Long drive through times. Would love to see Tim Hortons go back to its glory days.
Only seem to care about drive through customers. Partner had time to put 130L of fuel into our vehicle next door, and still waited 10 more minutes, and I was just getting a coffee.

The worst Tim Hortons in Belleville! They are so flippin slow and rude! There’s an older lady on days and when you get up to put your order in “help you” that’s it..no “hi” nothing! I avoid this one at all costs! I’ll drive to the one across from the nursing home before going to this one! Avoid!!

I always seem to be having a great experience with the staff. I mobile order but they are always friendly and quick to help when I ask questions. Very fast service and atmosphere sound is at a good volume too. Nice renovations they did and the kiosk is updated
