Ordered a steep tea triple triple from drive through with milk the girl gave me tea without cream and with 0 sugar in it . Totally disappointing so , we need to go back and get the item replace no body has this much time .

Ordered a 3 sugar 2 cream got 2 cream no sugar, the service was mediocre, nothing special the atmosphere was what you would expect. Gave 3 stars, get my order right more than 3 out of five times this week and maybe I'll change it. It's nothing against this location all Tim's are the same latley. The order is never done right. Ok I'm sorry it's done right about 40% of the time. Do better Tim's.

I come here for my morning coffee and bagel and cream cheese. The last 2 times I have ordered this the bagel tastes like it's been dropped in an ashtray. The first time I thought it was just a one off and ordered it again. My mistake.

Went to every location in Belleville at dinner time. All three are owned by the same franchisee. Out of potato wedges at all three. Always. Obviously Tim’s does not make enough profit on this item so they don’t want to stock it. Service is appalling. This company has become a joke since selling out to the AMERICANS

Used the drive through approximately 9:30am, ordered a farmer's saug wrap, asked for extra sauce,payed for extra sauce and I guess line cooks thought I didn't need any ,not one drop, simple request,a payed request.not the first time this happened, company needs to hire employees that can take directions or can comprehend simple orders.that is all that's required
