i just love this tim hortons my favorite in belleville always very clean friendly is important to me and great servive the employees always have it together know what to do and it runs smooth
For the love of god…I know my cappuccino , I drink it everyday… how come you make me a wrong yuck coffee and just call it cappuccino??? I tried telling her that it’s not what a wanted and she just shrugged it off??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️

It's normally a great place to go .. good quite and clean most of. The time , I didn't like how the lady passed me a box of tidbits after I order a 20 pack of tidbits and she handed me a pre-packed box so I opened and noticed it wasn't my order , she gave shit and said next time don't open them or she can't take them back .. well how the fu"" would I had known she screwed my order ? When I got 30 miles away and had to come back for you to fix it ?... anyhow .. point it ... I'm a positive vibes only type guy ... so miss moldy ass should stayed home ?either way I loved my Coffee timbits cookies and my chocolate chip muffin .. Thanks timmys

Heidi Heidi the Lady !! Best thing that ever happened to Tim Hortons! She deserves 10 stars, 100 percent recommended, tables after customers could do a lil better cleaning though. 5 Stars all the way. Heidi gets 10 stars from me, I love this branch specifically because of her!

I had very today bad experience in this branch today. Roger one of personnel in this branch( I am not sure , but he introduced himself as manager of branch), was racist and act very disrespectful. I was waiting for the service in the cash for long time with no customer other than me. More than 10 personnel were working in branch with no attention to cash. When we asked for help respectfully , Rogers told us to wait more and do not be rude two time. I have asked was I rude ? He turned back yes you are rude and did not serve me. I had to leave branch with no service a very very unsatisfy as a customer.

Roger is so disrespectful, We wait for long time in the store to take our orders, no one was in line, about 10 personnel were in the store, when we asked to help us respectfully , Rogers told us to wait more and do not be rude, my friend asked are we rude? he emphesized that yes you are rude and said he is manager.

older lady at the front counter was incredibly rude when i asked her to remake my iced coffee because it was too sweet. it wasn’t busy. it doesn’t cost HER anything and it would’ve been done in 10 seconds if she didn’t argue.

I usually go to this location at least once a day ... I usually order bailey's ice Capps and a crispy chicken wrap...today however a small mistake was made..they gave me a farmers wrap...no problem.... I had someone who was hungry
