Constantly out of food and refusing orders. For 3 weeks i’ve gone during my lunch break to try and get food and almost every single time ive been told they don’t have what im ordering. All good and well because things sell out but it’s the fact that they dont bake any more throughout the day and treat their products as first come first serve. Again today i tried to get food and before 8 am they were already sold out of both the food and drink i tried to order. Not sure why they hire all these workers if they don’t do anything throughout the day but stand around. Selling out of product is understandable but when it happens everyday for nearly a month it just shows how lazy the workers are when it comes to doing their jobs

Tell me why I have to get my bagel fixed every day. How is this extra cream cheese??
As someone who is on the road a lot it's important to find a quick and efficient Tim Hortons that get your order right, with food and drinks that are actually tasty. This place delivers! Although when I was there was extremely busy, it only makes sense due to how well I was treated and how good everything was! That may have just found my new favorite Tim Hortons!

I stopped by Tim Hortons this morning around 8 am and was disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru. The employee seemed unenthusiastic and unengaged, lacking a welcoming attitude. Additionally, when it came time to pay, he didn't even bother to hold the payment machine steady, leaving me feeling like I was expected to do his job for him. Overall, it was a less-than-ideal start to my day. Hopefully, future visits will be more positive.

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times and they are absolutely ridiculous!!!! My boyfriend ordered a plan bagel with a slice of cheddar cheese, butter and bacon, as well as a large ice cap with expresso. I ordered a four cheese bagel the same way (butter, one slice of cheese and bacon) with a medium regular ice cap. We received our drinks first which was fine but, noticed they mixed the expresso in the large ice cap which I know from experience is not allowed. Not mention by the time we were heading home and eating our bagels in the car we noticed they had 0 butter on them, they were burnt and had like 6 slices of cheddar cheese on each bagel. I used to work at Tim Hortons for 6 years and I understand brining in more bilingual people COULD be a benefit, but we shouldn’t have to repeat our order 10 times because they didn’t hear it right, don’t understand or messed up our order. This happens at countless locations. You’re staff need to re-trained on how to sell and use products or bring in some new team members cuz, not only is your company losing money but it’s also very frustrating for customers.

Service was quick but we didn’t like their Timbits. It was soggy. This is the first time in many years that I didn’t want to eat Timbits with my coffee

Every single time I've ever had a Stepped Tea with 2 Creams, somehow it always has Sugar in it and I don't want SUGAR in my Tea.
Called them and complained and they said they were going to do something about it but they never did. Bridge and Sidney are at the top of my list.
