I love my timmies and love when I hear miss Lindsey (5 stars) or Miss Larissa (5 stars) on the speaker they always brighten my day with their kindness and positivity, BUT.... I am so sick a d tired of that crochity cranky woman named Liz. Her attitude is beyond words and rolling her eyes when you ask for extra napkins or a tray for my order. She obviously doesn't love her job and I can't believe she still works there. It's been years still dealing with her crap and condescending ways. At my work everyone talks about her and no one likes her. Sometimes you need to get rid of people to make the work environment and customers feel better about a location to be more successful. I see improvements with the locatation and younger staff after the new ownership but it hasn't changed the rolling of the eyes as Liz is being forced to say her pleasure. You can tell she doesn't mean it. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for Liz and having to deal with her attitude.

I frequently visit the restaurant and the quality of service is excellent and I always enjoy seeing the staff there as they all try to make sure that my experience is always good at there. And they always callout for the fresh products that help me to add something to the order and also the food is always good there. I am glad to visit this Tim Hortons and would also recommend to trying it once.
