Thanks for making my day the best . After so long, I received such kind of customer service from tim Hortons . There was a girl on the window, himanmshi (if I am not wrong). Serve us in such a good manner with beautiful smile . That is exactly the way we suppose to receive the service at Tim’s .

Walked in. Seven employees in the front area. It took at least 4 minutes to get eye contact. No greeting. Longer to be served. Watched them fumble order in front of me. The lady had to request every item twice because they kept forgetting. This team needs some basic hospitality instruction. Saying hello/good morning goes a long way. Make eye contact. Smile. Offer napkins.

I was disappointed to see the cashier add a donation to the Tim Hortons Foundation Camp without asking for my permission. While I support good causes, I believe customers should be informed and given the choice to donate.

I also observed that she was doing the same with other customers’ orders. This feels misleading and not in line with honest service.

It’s a small amount, but the principle matters. Please ensure staff ask before adding any extra charges

Rating this one star is one and a half stars to many. Welcomed into the store with one employee saying a dog that’s barking in the drive thru needs a “ punch in the head”. Like most people stopping at a Tim Hortons I don’t expect gourmet but quality is so easy to control. I’m not one to leave a review, this might be my first actually but to the short haired lady (same person that made the dog comment) that made the breakfast wraps and insisted she needed to argue with my co worker about what wrap she made. It wasn’t even close to what was ordered. If you see this, please have a long hard look in the mirror. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you can make ours.

Watery coffee- is this shrinkflation? Is Tim Horton’s cheaping out on the amount of coffee they use to brew their coffee? This is the second cup in the last few days (one in Quebec and one in Ontario) and both coffees were weak and tasteless! What a disappointment- I’ve always loved Tim Hortons

When through drive through tonight, the lady wasn’t very friendly and made a face, sighed when I paid with cash. To make it even worse the coffee taste burnt and old. Will not be returning to this location.

I go out of my way to come here for a icecap, for some reason they make the best icecaps around, service is sometimes slow and the way the drive thru is designed is terrible but keep making good icecaps and I'll keep coming back.

1 of the SLOWEST Tim's in life EVER! Not fast food, not even fast coffee. Totally the most frustrating coffee stop!!! Just don't do it and pick any other one instead!
