Was hell long of a wait just for coffee.. that too was wrong. We ordered regular coffee but got both decaf. That was the worst experience. At least have 2 people working to meet the accuracy of your orders.

My other half comes here all the time claiming they have good coffee and they always get his food right first time I ever go with him and I ask for a BACON breakfast sandwich and they give me sausage not happy won't be returning

Every time we come here, our order gets messed up. Once in a while, sure, stuff happens and I’ll ask them to correct it. Coming back to fix an entire order every time we make a purchase, though? Bit ridiculous, don’t you think?
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, make sure you double check what they have served you as it likely not correct and clear that there was not any care taken to ensure accuracy.
Sorry, but how exactly does one confirm an order, and then still make the whole thing wrong? We overheard the cashier confirm with them at the window when we asked about our order, that they didn’t even have the supplies to make something they sold to us anyway.
This time we just got a refund and left instead of wasting more of our time coming back to have it fixed again. The guy at the window was arrogant, aggressive and looked like he was going to throw something at us when we requested a refund. Why, because you served us something we didn’t want or ask for, again?
Sorry we didn’t have time to sit and wait for the whole thing to be fixed again for a third time now in the last month alone. You repeated the order back to us, confirmed it, and then gave us all of the wrong items. That is on you, no one else

Disgusting service ! White young guy who works in evenings is super rude. He doesnt know how to talk to customers. He is such a disgrace to company. Worst customer service i ever came acorss.

Serving day old donuts here. It was hard as a rock stale. Wont return to this location.
One of the slowest drive thru's I have ever seen if there had been an exit in the line I definitely would have bailed as 20 mins in the drive-thru wasting fuel when there was only 6 cars ahead of me. Highly disappointed. Even when walking in there is no parking where you have to walk across the parking lot exit where all the vehicles exit from the big truck lot. Also more traffic since they added a restaurant there aswell. Or park behind store an have to watch for traffic entering lot. Again big rigs. Lots of traffic I'm rather surprised there hasn't been alot of accidents there.
