My husband tried the coffee and, as with most chain North American coffees, he said it doesn’t really taste of coffee, really weak and watery.
We both tried the apple fritter (first time having one) which was basically an apple-filled glazed donut. Not impressive but I will give a point for the real apple chunks inside.
Can’t rate atmosphere as it’s simply a food court stand.

When ever I visit the store to order the lunch or dinner items such as loaded wraps or loaded bowls I only get the same reply that they don’t have rice at this moment even if it’s around 6 pm on weekdays or around 7pm. If the store is closing at 8 how can the dinner items are just out of stock at 6 pm today also I visited the store at 6pm to order a bowl and I get the same reply which was that we don’t have rice. Why it is though? If I order around 7:45 pm I would take that okay it’s closing time they might not have rice right now but even 2 hours before closing they don’t have rice. And this is not the first time it always happens whenever I visit this store.

Poor service. On Sunday Google says it opens at 10, girls st the register is talking to her friend and yells over to me in line that they don’t open until 10:30. I stood there and called the store as Google said it was open? Hmm well a guy then answered the phone and told me that they don’t open till 10:30. I went to A&w and got my order instead….. fix your Google times or get new staff that can open on time.

On more than 4 occasions I ordered a large cold brew coffee beverage. At first I just thought they were mixing up the order. The cold brew clearly advertises, an essential foam on top. I would go back and ask about it, but unfortunately, there appeared to be a misunderstanding of what I wanted. I chalked it up to a possible language barrier. Not wanting to make anyone feel bad, after trying to explain, I just took it. I started getting them at another Timmy’s and got to see what a true cold brew looked like. Back at the mall, I thought I would try again. When I asked where the espresso foam was, I was told they did not have the machine. It was too big for that establishment. I mentioned, but you are charging more. The lady just repeated what she had previously said. Again, I took it and called customer service. She took all the information down. 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing.i then recalled and was told the girl had written down, I didn’t want it investigated. I did. I was told I should receive a phone call with in a couple of weeks. It been almost a month, and nothing. False advertising at it’s best. I wonder how much money they made off not serving the correct product. Pretty sad state of affairs!
