I frequent this location often as I work in the mall. While the staff are friendly, it seems to be chronically understaffed, especially at peak time periods. I have waited in line for 10-15 minutes for just a hot drink at times which is just too long. I'm specifically writing this review though, because today while I was waiting for my order, one of the staff started to clean a light fixture in the ceiling. Dust was flying EVERYWHERE while other staff members were preparing drinks and food. It was gross. Please speak to your staff about when appropriate times to clean fixtures.

Personally never have a problem with this Tim Hortons! Sometimes they’re out of a drink I want or whatnot, (which that’s okay and understandable as they’re a smaller timmies.) With that the staff always recommends the next best options! As well, The staff is always happy, or if not their moods definitely lift up when they see a cute baby lol!

Very slow service, was being rude to us even though we were talking nicely with them and specially that guy in turban was sounding really mean. It’s my first time reviewing and I don’t usually do that but he really crossed his limits that’s why I had to do this. Thanks
Slowest. The absolute slowest. 5 to 10 minutes per order regardless of complication. Almost too painful to watch it unfold. Hope nobody orders a sandwich the whole place will implode.One older lady working feverishly away while her Co workers do-di-doo away their time at a snails pace. Poor lady.
