I always love Tim Horton’s food. However, I do expect from the crew members to greet me or say me ‘have a great day’ or ‘thanks while handing over the food. Most of the Indian crews don’t say even Hi and Thank you. Sometimes they don’t even look at the face. Tim Horton must improve its customer experience by bringing nationality variety in their crew members.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the gentleman with the turban — he was extremely polite, professional, and made my order just right. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile and respectful service. Keep up the great work!
