Bishal and Dylan both were very helpful and caring and went about taking care of all the patrons with a smile and in a very efficient manner. The restaurant was extremely clean and the bathrooms were spic and span as well. Thank you team

Went for a coffee and donuts after dinner with my boyfriend, we were greeted and served by the sweetest guy. He was so enthusiastic and he told us to go sit and he brought our order on a tray to us. Never in my life have I had my order brought to me at a Tim hortons. He stopped to check in on all the customers, and checked on us again before we left. Chuks was lovely, made my whole night!!

Way to many people that don’t speak to us the customer. This Tim Hortons has been my go to because they would actually speak to us. Lately after you place your Oder that’s it. You no longer exist. Customer service has went downhill.

It's Tim Hortons. Either your breakfast biscuit is fresh or stale. Your coffee is too bitter, creamy or sweet, a total roulette.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, when eating in they brought the food out on a tray to the table which I have not seen in years and I appreciate the effort by the staff.
