Every day this week you people have gotten my order wrong.Specifically from this location. Every other timmies in town is great! This place is a joke.Not only did they get my order wrong again- they belittled me as I opened my order up to make sure it was proper- and guess what, it wasn’t. I was then told that I didn’t order what I expected and received glares of disrespect as I checked my receipt to only prove I did order what I expected and didn’t receive it.That whole place needs to be replaced by competent people.
They charged us for a coffee and then when I said we were suppose to get the other order she got mad at us and didn’t refund the original order and then didn’t scan our points to get a free bagel. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Most rude cashier I have ever spoken to.
